CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
The Conference Secretariat must be notified in writing of all cancellations.
Refund will be made after the Conference as follows:
Cancellation on and before 29th July 2015 : 50% refund
Cancellation after 29th July 2015 : Nil
CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
A certificate of attendance will be issued to all delegates.
LIABILITY
The Organising Committee will not be liable for personal accidents, loss or damage to
private properties of the delegates during the Conference. Participants should make their
arrangements with respect to personal insurance.

GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACTS
Abstract should be based on original research and should NOT have been presented at any
international or other national conferences.
At least one of the authors of the poster MUST register for the MOH-AMM Scientific Meeting.

Participants may submit MORE THAN ONE abstract.
Abstracts must be submitted in ENGLISH.
The structured abstract should not exceed 300 word limits and include the following sections:
Introduction, Methodology, Results, and Discussion / Conclusion.
Do not provide references or acknowledgement.
Provide not more than five keywords (preferably PubMed Medical Subject Headings).
All abstracts must be submitted electronically via email to the Secretariat at the email address
above. Complete the Abstract Submission Form and email it as an attachment in Microsoft
Word format (.doc or .docx). Hardcopy submissions will not be accepted.
Abstracts must be submitted by 15th June 2015. Late submissions or incomplete abstracts
will not be accepted.
The Scientific Committee reserves the right to accept or reject abstracts submitted. The
Committee’s decision is final.
Presenters will be notified of abstract selection by 1st July 2015. All communication will be
with the presenting author as indicated in the submission
Permission for poster presentation from the Director General (DG) of Health for all accepted
abstracts will be done by the secretariat. Authors do not have to apply for DG’s permission.
Deadline for the abstract submission is 15th June 2015

GUIDELINES FOR POSTER PRESENTATION
The maximum dimension for the poster is A0 portrait (841mm width x 1189mm height).
Poster larger than A0 portrait will NOT be allowed to be displayed during poster presentation.
Each poster must clearly indicate at the top: the title of the project, the names of the authors
and their affiliations. The size of the characters for the title should be at least 25mm high.
Author(s)’ name must be written in FULL. Do not include professional title or degrees. List the
principal author first and underline the author who will be presenting. Please make sure all
authors contributed significantly to the research project (as per ICMJE guidelines).
Abbreviations must be defined by placing it in parentheses after the full word, the first time
it appears.
The poster should provide enough information to convey the key points clearly. The poster
content should be logically sequenced and visually attractive.
All posters are eligible for poster competition. Poster will be judged on the following criteria:
1. Originality / Scientific Importance / Literature Review
2.Methodology
3. Results / Discussion / Recommendation
4. Presentation
5. Grammar
All posters MUST be displayed for the whole duration of the scentific meeting (12-14th August
2015)
