The C8 carbine became popular with vehicle crews,
police and special operations forces due to its short
barrel and adjustable stock. It is now employed by
armed forces and police units worldwide as their
standard issue battle/patrol rifle. The original gas
impingement system in 5.56 mm has been battle
proven in harsh combat environments, from arctic
snow and ice, to desert sands, for over 25 years in
the C8 configuration and even longer for the Colt US
carbine. The C8 inherited the basic footprint of its
American cousin the Colt M4 Carbine. Years of
development in partnership with the Canadian Armed
Forces have made this weapon system distinctly
Canadian. One of many but certainly the most
significant development is the cold hammer-forged
heavy barrel, which gives the C8 a much longer
service life than other AR systems. The C8 can be
custom-configured to meet any operational
requirements. Barrel lengths in 10” or 11.6” CQB,
14.5” C8A3, or 15.7” SFW, along with the many
accessory and sighting options that are available
create a weapon system that is flexible and adaptable
to your unit’s small arms requirements.

upper receiver fits easily onto any Colt Canada lower receiver to make the IUR
transion quick and simple. Expensive, complicated third‐party rail systems prone
to breakage under the stress of demanding training or combat use, are no longer
required. The IUR gives the operator four connuous, stable rails in Weaver,
MIL‐STD 1913 (Picanny), or NATO configuraon: rails at the 3 and 9 o’clock posions
for accessory mounng; one reinforced 6 o’clock rail with a recoil lug for mounng
an underslung grenade launcher, shot‐gun or a forward grip; and one 12 o’clock rail
for various inline sighng opons. Barrel length now becomes an opon! Your Colt
Canada cold hammer‐forged barrels can be easily swapped out to suit operaonal
requirements, from Close Quarter Bale ‐ 11.6”, Standard ‐ 14.5”, Extended ‐ 15.7”
or Rifle ‐ 20”. The IUR is a float tube that removes all external influence from the
barrel. The full floang barrel provides for greater accuracy, similar to that of a sniper
rifle, from a system that already fires 1 MOA. The IUR is here!

The 5.56 mm Light Support Weapon
[LSW] is designed to provide small expeditionary units
with a high volume of accurate support fire without
increasing the logistical load. The LSW shares the same
ammunition, magazines and operating principals as the
rifle or carbine. The improved gas system [large gas tube
& hydraulic buffer] along with the heavy chrome-lined
barrel allow for a greater volume of fire without
overheating or compromising accuracy. For those units
who must deal with confined space issues, the LSW can
also be configured with a collapsing buttstock.
EAGLE GRENADE LAUNCHER
ENHANCED AMBIDEXTROUS GRENADE LAUNCHER
The Colt Canada EAGLE is a single shot, side-loading,
EAGLE 40MM
GRENADE L AUNCHER
direct fire grenade launcher that incorporates a doubleaction trigger and features an ambidextrous barrel and
controls. The EAGLE is able to fire all 40x46 mm Low
Velocity ammunition. It is equipped with an ejector that
will partially eject spent cartridges when the breech is
opened. The barrel is also provided with a relief on each
side that will allow manual extraction. The EAGLE is
designed to allow the operator full operational capability
from prone, kneeling, sitting, and standing positions,
whether in the stand-alone mode or mounted to the
MIL-STD rail of an individual weapon. This design is
compatible with all environmental and NBC equipment.
