WHO: All booths are strictly arts and crafts with the guideline that all work must be original and produced solely by
exhibiting artists. Buy/sell products are not allowed. Items that are not produced by the exhibiting crafter will not be
accepted. The committee will work to maintain a balance between art and craft mediums. No food items may be sold in an
arts and crafts booth space.
HOW: Fill out the entry form on the attached page and submit it, along with payment and five photographs, which clearly
represent the quality and range of work to be exhibited. Mark each with your name and the medium. Please include a selfaddressed stamped envelope if you would like them returned.
DEADLINE: There are a limited number of booths that will be sold on a first-come, first serve basis. Applications will be
judged weekly and you will be notified immediately. Your check will not be deposited until you have been accepted; if you
are not accepted, your check will be returned. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Request received before August
30 will be eligible for a 50 percent discount. There are no refunds for cancellations after August 30.
Exhibitors may bring their own tent or may rent a tent through the festival.
FEES: A fee of $125 reserves a ‘single’ 10’ deep x 12’ wide display space in which to set up your own tent. A maximum of
two spaces per applicant is available. There will be a $15 fee for all returned checks.
RENTAL TENT PRICING: (Will be set up and torn down by rental company)
10’ x 10’ Tent with Weights - $175
10’ x 10’ Tent with weights and sidewalls - $225
SET UP: 10:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m. on Friday; 7–9:30 a.m. on Saturday. TEAR DOWN: After 11 p.m. on Saturday.
Electricity will be provided at 100 watts per space. We do suggest everyone bring their own 100 ft., 14 gauge extension
cord. If you wish to have additional lighting, you must bring your own lights.
LIABILITY: Each entrant is responsible for the exhibiting, supervising and selling of his/her work. No overnight storage facility
is available. We will not be responsible for theft or damage to artwork. Please be prepared for inclement weather.
OTHER: Participants will be required to man their booths during festival hours. All proceeds from work sold go directly to the
artist/crafter. There is no commission charged. Artists and crafters are responsible for handling their own tax records.
