About Us
We met about two years ago through social media and knew
after our first date that we were meant to be together. Since
then, we have grown to deeply love each other and have built a
solid relationship based on respect, admiration, and trust. We
decided to commit to each other through marriage with an
expectation to one day expand our family and welcome a child
into our lives.
Sonny works as a systems engineer for a telecommunications

company and volunteers as an Emergency Medical Technician
at the local ambulance core. Sonny is fortunate to have a flexible
work schedule that permits him to stay at home several days out
of the week. Jose is an administrator for a University in New
York City. Sonny has a passion for scuba diving and is a licensed
diver. We were both born on tropical Islands and love to travel
wherever there is water involved. We both can’t wait to teach
our child how to swim and take our bundle of joy on Caribbean
adventures.
Home & Family
We live in a townhome in New City, New York, a suburb forty
minutes away from New York City. Our location has the best of
both worlds. It is close enough to the city to experience its rich

and diverse culture and enjoy what the city has to offer such as
theatre, museums, and cuisine from different parts of the world.
Living in the suburbs has given us the opportunity to be
surrounded by beautiful parks, movie theaters, schools,
churches and libraries. Our neighborhood is very quaint and
safe family-oriented community with lots of children. We like to
attend holiday parades, street fairs, carnivals and cultural
celebrations. We both can’t wait to push a stroller and enjoy the
festivities as a family.

Our Family
We are very fortunate to have an amazing family and friends
who are supportive, loving, and thrilled for us. Sonny’s family
lives in the Philippines. We hope to travel there with our child,
once he or she is old enough. Jose’s family lives in Miami,
Florida. Both sets of grandparents live near the beach and they
cannot wait to take their grandchild for long walks by the ocean.
We both come from very large families and they’re all excited
and anxious to welcome our child into the family.

The day I met Sonny, I found my purpose in life. I instantly fell
in love with him. He is the most selfless and loving individual I
have ever known. He is an avid reader and has a passionate
thirst for knowledge. Sonny loves family. Even though Sonny’s
family lives in the Philippines, he has surrounded himself with
warm loving friends who he considers family. Many of his
friends have either small children or newborns. Sonny has
become their honorary uncle because all of the children
gravitate towards him since he always has games and activities
for them to do. I have watched Sonny’s love for children through
his eyes and actions. I know that Sonny will be an amazing dad.
I am so honored and happy that I get to start a family with this

Jose by Sonny
Jose is the love of my life, who I cannot live without, quirks and
all. He has a very warm and infectious personality that even the
most shy person will be put to ease. A teddy bear, both in stature
and heart, Jose’s caring and nurturing demeanor endears
himself to everyone who knows him. Jose loves to cook and to
entertain family and friends. He is passionate about cooking
and has taken courses to duplicate dishes that we have
discovered in restaurants throughout our travels. I can’t wait for
Jose to teach our child how to cook and to demonstrate how
making a simple cookie brings out a smile in all.
