كلية العلوم 2102-2102 التقرير السنوي Page 1 of 47 مقدمة يتضمن التقرير السنوي لكلية العلوم يف جامعة بريوت العربية للعام األكاديمي 2102-2102شوؤن التعلم والتعليم ،شوؤن أعضاء هيئة التدريس ،البحث العلمي ،املنح واجلوائز ،األنشطة الطالبية ،النشاط الثقايف والتعاون احمللي والدويل هلذا العام .كما يلقي الضوء عل اإللتزام اجلاد والسعي احلثيث لكل األقسام يف الكلية حنو حتقيق اإلعتماد الدويل للربامج والتميز بنوعية التعليم واألحباث وخدمة اجملتمع. ومن أهم أهداف الكلية: احلصول على اإلعتماد جلميع الربامج يف الكلية. مواصلة تطوير برامج البكالوريوس واملاجستري والدكتوراه مبا يتماشى مع إحتياجات سوق العمل. التميز يف البحث العلمي. خدمة المجتمع اللبناين يف عدة جمالت. تعزيز التعاون مع املؤسسات واجلامعات األخرى. -وتفعيل التواصل مع اخلرجيني. -0التعلم والتعليم أ -أعضاء هيئة التدريس انتظمت الدراسة بالكلية يف حرم Page 31 of 47 -7التعاون المحلي والدولي -0تعاون محلي بين كلية العلوم -جامعة بيروت العربية والهيئة اللبنانية للطاقة الذرية -المجلس الوطني للبحوث العلمية تمثّل من خالل: إنشاء دبلوم الرقابة والوقاية اإلشعاعية يف كلية العلوم -جامعة بريوت العربية بالتعاون مع اهليئة اللبنانيةللطاقة الذرية -اجمللس الوطين للبحوث العلمية حتت إشراف الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية منذ العام .0990 تقديم أجهزة بقيمة ستون ألف دوالر أمريكي ) (60,000 $لتأسيس مختبر الرقابة والوقاية اإلشعاعية يفكلية العلوم بالدبية -جامعة بريوت العربية من قبل الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية. توقيع مذكرة تعاون تقني وأكاديمي بني كلية العلوم -جامعة بريوت العربية واهليئة اللبنانية للطاقة الذرية -اجمللس الوطين للبحوث العلمية بتاري 0919-19-00ولمدة سنتين قابلة للتجديد. -2تعاون دولي بين كلية العلوم -جامعة بيروت العربية وجامعة Université Claude Bernard-Lyon 1 (فرنسا) تمثّل من خالل: إشراف مشترك على أطروحات دكتوراه لطالب بقسم الفيزياء بني أعضاء هيئة التدريس يف كلية العلوم يف جامعة بريوت العربية وتخترب Laboratoire de Spectrscopie Ionique et Moléculaireيف University .Claude Bernard-Lyon 1 -2تعاون دولي بين كلية العلوم -جامعة بيروت العربية وجامعة ( Université Montpellier 1فرنسا) تمثّل من خالل: إشراف مشترك على أطروحة دكتوراه يف الفيزياء لطالب بقسم الفيزياء بني أعضاء هيئة التدريس يف كليةالعلوم -جامعة بريوت العربية وكلية العلوم يف .Université Montpellier 1 -5تعاون دولي بين كلية العلوم -جامعة بيروت العربية وجامعة University of Massachusetts, Lowell (أميركا) تمثّل من خالل: إشراف مشترك ألطروحتي دكتوراه لطالبتني بقسم العلوم البيولوجية والبيئية بني أعضاء هيئة التدريس يفكلية العلوم -جامعة بريوت العربية وكلية العلوم يف جامعة .UMASS Page 32 of 47 -2اإلعتماد الدولي لبرامج الكلية تماشيا مع رؤية الجامعة للحصول على اإلعتماد الدولي للبرامج وأمهيته على الطالب من جهة وعلى الكلية من جهة أخرى ،قامت األقسام املختلفة بالكلية بتحضري امللفات الال مة وحسب معايري اجلهة املعتمدة إلعتماد برامج علوم احلاسب اآليل ،الكيمياء احليوية ،الكيمياء والفيزياء. -0برنامج الحاسب اآللي متت يارة جلنة االعتماد األكادميي لتقييم برنامج علوم احلاسب اآليل يف 24شباط 2102وملدة ثالثة أيام من قبل جلنة االعتماد للحوسبة التابعة لجهة اإلعتماد األكاديمي للهندسة والتكنولوجيا ) .(ABETوبعدها حصلنا على تقرير مبدئي لنتائج الزيارة والذي أشار إىل نقاط القوة والضعف يف الربنامج. أفادت اللجنة يف التقرير بأن قوة برنامج علوم الحاسب اآللي في المنهج الذي حيتوي على كل املتطلبات األساسية لتعميق معرفة الطالب يف جمال احلوسبة .أما بالنسبة لنقاط الضعف ،فمعظمهما كانت نقاط فنية بحتة وقد اختذت بالفعل اخلطوات الال مة ملعاجلة هذه النقاط .أما بالنسبة لنقاط الضعف األخرى الغير تقنية فكانت ممثلة في طلب اللجنة زيادة عدد أعضاء هيئة التدريس يف برنامج احلاسب اآليل ،خصوصا أن أعضاء هيئة التدريس الذين يدرسون مقررات علوم احلاسب اآليل يقومون أيضاً بتدريس مقررات برنامج تكنولوجيا املعلومات .ولذلك ،فإننا متفائلون بأن برنامج علوم الحاسب اآللي سوف يتم اعتماده من قبل ) ، (ABETفي القرار النهائي في شهر آب 2102بعد الرد على تقرير اللجنة من قبل الكلية ،ما يعين أن الربنامج يتماشى مع القياسات واملعايري العاملية. -2برنامج الكيمياء الحيوية مت إرسال امللف إىل ) Canadian Society for Chemistry (CSCكجهة معتمدة للربنامج ومت تعديل احملتوى رد رئيس اهليئة متاشياً مع املعايري املطلوبة وستحدد زيارة اللجنة الحقا. حسب ّ -2برنامج الكيمياء مت حتضري امللف وسريسل أيضاً إىل ) Canadian Society for Chemistry (CSCكجهة معتمدة للربنامج وستحدد زيارة اللجنة الحقا. -5برنامج الفيزياء مت حتضري امللف وسريسل إىل ) Australian Institute of Physics (AIPكجهة معتمدة للربنامج. Page 33 of 47 -9خدمة المجتمع من املعروف ان قطاع خدمة اجملتمع هو من األساسيات ىف النشاط اجلامعى ومن أهم أهدافه ربط اجلامعة باجملتمع ،لذلك فإن كلية العلوم لديها دور هام تقوم به يف جمال تقدمي اخلدمات للمجتمع اللبناين .ويف هذا الصدد قام أ.د .غسان يونس مساعد عميد الكلية هذا العام بوضع واعتماد خطة مستقبلية مع عميد الكلية من عدة بنود لدعم وتفعيل دور الكلية في خدمة المجتمع ،نذكر ما عملنا او ما لنا نعمل على حتقيقه: -0تنظيم رحلة علمية لطالب الفرقة الرابعة بقسم العلوم البيولوجي والبيئية إىل مصنع كانديا ورحلة علمية لطالب الفرقة الرابعة بقسم الكيمياء إىل معمل سبلني للرتابة. -2تحديث وزيادة قاعدة بيانات خريجي كلية العلوم من خالل مراسلتهم عرب الربيد اإللكرتوين لتفعيل التواصل مع الكلية و يادة مشاركتهم يف أنشطة الكلية األكادميية واإلدارية والثقافية والالمنهجية وأنشطة مجع األموال .ولقد بلغ عدد الذين تجاوبوا معنا إلى حوالي 211خريج لحينه ،وسنقوم بداية العام املقبل بعقد لقاء معهم يف الكلية. -2بناء تعاون مع الجامعة اللبنانية ،الجامعة األمريكية في بيروت ،الجامعة اللبنانية األمريكية ،الهيئة اللبنانية للطاقة الذرية في لبنان ،يف جماالت عدة لتعزيز التعاون من خالل إجراء ونشر أحباث مشرتكة مما ينعكس على جذب التمويل اخلارجي لدعم البحث العلمي بالكلية. -5تشجيع أعضاء هيئة التدريس والطالب على اجراء حبوث علمية عن طريق مشاريع طويلة وقصرية املدى ذات عالقة بالقضايا المجتمعية وخاصة البيئية منها. -4اإلعالن عن محاضرات ودورات تدريبة علمية للمجتمع من خالل مركز اإلستشارات والدراسات باجلامعة. -6عمل جردة لألجهزة الموجودة بمختبرات الكلية وذلك لإلعالن الحقاً عن وجود معامل ذات طابع خدمي من خالل تحضير كتيّب يوضح إمكانية المعامل بالكلية لخدمة المجتمع.
