How to Configure the iPad, iPhone, and iPod Touch for AIRPIPE, WoW‐Tel, or Moosebytes Email Account From the home screen, select Settings: Select Mail, Contacts, Calendars. Choose “Add Account” : Select “Other”: Select “Add Mail Account”: Enter the account information. Name: (Your name) Email Address: (Your email address) Host Name: mail.air‐pipe.com com (optionally, if you have a moosebytes.net or wow‐tel.net address, you may use that instead, however it is not required). User Name: (your full email address) Password: (your password) Click “Next”. “IMAP” should be selected and highlighted in blue. Your name, email address, and description should also already be filled out from the information entered earlier: Click “Next”. In the “Incoming Mail Server” section, type in the following: Host Name: mail.air‐pipe.com (optionally, if you have a moosebytes.net or wow‐tel.net address, you may use that instead, however it is not required). User Name: Enter your entire email address; i.e. username@air‐pipe.com, [email protected], or usename@wow‐tel.net, etc. Here you must have the proper domain name of your email address i.e. moosebytes.net, wow‐tel.net, etc. Password: It should already be there from information you entered earlier (you can see it in the previous picture above), however if it is not for some reason, enter your account password here. Click “Next”. In “Outgoing Mail Server”, enter the following: Host Name: mail.air‐pipe.com (optionally, if you have a moosebytes.net or wow‐tel.net address, you may use that instead, however it is not required). User Name: Enter your entire email address; i.e. username@air‐pipe.com, [email protected], or usename@wow‐tel.net, etc. Here you must have the proper domain name of your email address i.e. moosebytes.net, wow‐tel.net, etc. Password: Enter your account password here. While it says “Optional” in the User Name and Password fields, these values are required. If you do not enter them, you will not be able to send mail. Click “Next”. Your screen should now look like this: Click “Save”. Your email is now ready to use from you iPad, iPhone, or iPod Touch!
