condition and time of return for seasonal products. Vegetable Seeds, Onion Sets, expired products, special order, special!! and
non stock items are NOT Returnable.
CREDIT INVOICES: In case of overpayments, cancellations, shortages, returns, defective products, etc. credit invoices will
be issued. Credit Invoices not used will be mailed annually but after 15 months will be voided.
Seed Warranty: Seeds sold in our containers have been labeled under state and federal seed laws and confirm to the label. In
any event our liability will be limited to replacement cost of seed. No further warranty will be given.

ALUMINUM CONVEYOR
Shown is a Standard 28' conveyor.
Aluminum conveyor is designed for harvesting vegetables including: melons, sweet corn,
pumpkins, broccoli, cabbage and cauliflower.
Here are the features that make this conveyor great for the grower that loads directly out of the field.
Great for packing in bins, boxes or loose on the wagon.
Easily put on or taken off.
Mounts right or left and anywhere from front to rear on
regular farm wagon.
Includes slow speed hy-torque hydraulic motor with 2-20 ft.
long 3/8" hydraulic hoses.
Stand is 16" high and sits on one edge of the wagon. Opposite
end clamps to wagon with two adjustable chains & C-Clamp.
Painted aluminum side prevents discoloration of produce upon
contact with side.
3½" ft. long fiberglass receiving and grading table. 10" wide
picking belt. 3/4" PVC Cleats on belt. Belt travels
approximately 50 ft. per minute.
OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT
DROP LID: Removable lid in receiving tables allows produce
to fall directly into crates, boxes or bins.
UHMW Conveyor bottom for extended belt life. Bottom Belt
Return Track is standard.

Receiver Belt Conveyor
Smooth White rubber conveyor belt that feeds produce into the Washer
(Brusher). It's usually powered by the washer but it can also be powered with
it's own variable speed gearmotor. It works well with any produce that is not
odd shaped or oblong. Standard Length is 4'. Recommended length if a
Bindumper is used is 5 or 6 FT. long. Standard belt hight is 32” to 38”. 24”
width weight 130LB.
4FT Receiver Brusher
This unit can be used instead of the Receiver belt but not with it. It should
be used for odd shaped or hard to clean crops. It can be used with or without
water. It has 13 Nylon brushes, 3 ½” Diameter. They come with soft or stiffer
bristles. It is powered off the washer only.

Standard w. UHMW Bushings or optional sealed ball bearings.
Washer Brusher 10brush
Comes with 10 Nylon brushes 3 ½” diameter with either soft or stiff bristles
on plastic core. Washes & brushes, or dry brushes the produce. It is totally
enclosed with metal top & rubber side flaps. The standard washer has 8”
overhead clearance. Water pan to catch water or dust has 2” MPT drain
spout. The brusher is available with UHMW. Self lubricated plastic bushings
or sealed ball bearings for longer wear and heavier use. An electric
motor;gas engine; hydraulic motor; or even and air motor can be used to
power this unit and most of or complete packing line.

Overhead brush
12” soft spiral wound brush to be installed in most high top washers. It
helps keep a more steady flow and the 4-1/2” long bristles reach into
cracks, bell ends, &narrow ends of odd shaped or large produce. Good
for; squash,cantaloupes,gourds, turnips, potatoes, cucumbers, & many
other crops. It also does a great job at polishing; apples, pears, peaches,
tomatoes, peppers, & more.
10 Brush-slinger
10 Rows of 3½” Diameter nylon brushes. Available with soft or coarse
bristles. Has 3/8” Flipper-bars beneath the brushes to sling the water out of
the brushes. It will not remove the amount of water that the latex foam will
remove but it is good for products like squash, cantaloupes, & more. Add an
air knife for better performance. You can also add the 10 Brush-slinger to get
more brushing area. It is powered off the washer motor. Has UHMW self
lubricated bushings or optional ball bearings.

Absorber-repolisher
7 Rows of low RPM squeeze dried 4” Latex sponge rolls & Four 3½“
Diameter nylon brushes at the end. Foam sponges remove enough water
from the produce to keep it from getting streaky. The additional 4 brushes are
to add more shine to the produce. Produce dried on foam sponges tend to
look dull or smudged. High speed brushes polish it to bring back the shiny
appearance. The unit is powered off the washer motor. Has UHMW self
lubricated bushings or optional ball bearings.

Double Length Absorber Repolisher
Same as the above Absorber-repolisher except that it has 14 Rolls of sponges
and 4 Rolls of brushes to help remove more of the moisture.

New Square hole belts Provide higher sizing accuracy.
Rubber sizing belt with round punched holes, padded rollers, padded side chute or
powered side conveyor, New push-up rollers to Eliminate cutting . Hole
diameter every 1/8” from 2 to 3 -1/4in. several sizes available outside that range. Standard
for tomatoes ; Smalls 2-7/8” Large 3-1/4”. Units can be powered by previous unit or
optional gearmotor. Gearmotor makes it easy to move out of the line without removing any;
bolts, shields, or chains.

Ensure better accuracy when sizing Tomatoes, Potatoes, Onions, Apples,

TROUBLE FREE INJECTION OF FERTILIZERS
Mazzei injectors are high efficiency, Venturi-type, differential
pressure injectors. A pressure difference between the inlet and
the outlet of the injector creates a vacuum inside the body,
which results in suction through the suction port. The suction
can then be used to inject and mix fertilizers and water
treatment chemicals into the water. Mazzei injectors are trouble
free because there are no moving parts, and long life because
they are molded from chemical resistant polypropylene.

Operating: Mix and re-mix required fertilizer for irrigation cycle,
start irrigation, allow pressure to stabilize in system, open the 2 pvc
bypass valves and slowly close brass mainline valve till flo-meter
rises to desired injection rate (GPH). Water pressure will drop 3-7 psi
dependent on flow and injection rate. When fertilizer container is
empty it will draw air, this doesn’t hurt. Allow irrigation to operate
for a while to ensure fertilizer is all out of system.
Not working: Minimum flow rate not met? Clogged? check water
and fertilizer inlet at injector (black tee). Liquid fertilizer too
heavy? dilute with water. Suction leak? Water flow wrong direction?
Injector or Flo-meter installed in bypass backwards?
PLASTIC DISK FILTERS
Will filter dirtier water than screen filters or
provide longer run time between cleaning,
but not like that of a sand filter. Has ball
valve for flushing but to really get them
clean, remove bottom housing, loosen the
disks and wash with hose. Will work in any
position but best installed upright as shown
(so flush valve is on bottom) and suspended
on post allowing you to remove the bottom
housing. Replacement Disk Sets in stock.

Orchard Tubing With The Built-In Emitters
Features a unique, built-in flow regulated emitter, providing a constant discharge over a
pressure range of 15-60 PSI. The emitter is inseparably welded to the inside wall of the
tubing as it is extruded in the manufacturing process. Emitters are factory installed at
pre-determined intervals. This one-piece construction prevents damage and loss of
drippers, eliminates hole punching and handling damage, reduces installation costs.
BlueLine™ PC may be hung on a wire, laid on the surface or buried.
Typically used in orchards, vineyards, over top of containers/mum pots,
nurseries, or buried in fields for subsurface applications.
