This 54% Chennin Blanc, 30% Sauvignon Blanc, 16%
Chardonnay blend is whole cluster pressed, fermented
in barrel, and aged in stainless steel to maintain crisp
acidity. Perfect with seafood and various amuse-bouche.
Located in the Verde Valley of Arizona, Caduceus
operates under the direction of
founder/winemaker/musician Maynard James Keenan,
himself a descendant of Italian winemakers. The grapes
come from his own Merkin Vineyards in Jerome, AZ,
where he grows a multitude of varietals.
