For more than 25 years, DEP Industrie has specialised in designing and manufacturing
metal finished industrial products and subassemblies, integrating other materials and
types of components, in particular: plastic, rubber, cast iron, electromechanical and
electrical components such as suction pads, motors, circuit boards, etc.
DEP Industrie proposes global metal solutions: metal parts and products ready to
be integrated, made with our expertise and cutting, stamping, punching, folding,
finishing and assembly equipment and final mounting of metal assemblies for
manufacturing.
DEP Industrie provides complete solutions, offering the best compromise between
technical quality and cost, including a technical and economic study of potential
solutions, prototyping, studying and making specific tools, and finally manufacturing,

Co-designing of parts and subassemblies
DEP Industrie has an R&D department and can collaborate on the
design of metal parts and subassemblies using SolidWorks.
Solutions offering the best balance of technical quality and cost
can then be implemented.

We make trial and pilot series prototypes ourselves.
Manufacture of Tools
Tools required for cutting, stamping, punching and similar operations are made directly by DEP Industrie.
Designs are developed using Logopress 3D.
Manufacturing Parts
Assembly
Parts are made in DEP Industrie workshops or, for larger series, by
our low-cost integrated partner. Cutting, stamping, setting,
punching, soldering and similar operations are carried out using
our mechanical and hydraulic presses (up to 250 tons), our 6-axis
bending press and our automated production lines.
Our automated machinery line for degreasing and drying of parts
guarantees parts are perfectly produced.
Surface Treatment
DEP Industrie can carry out any finishing operations: thermal
treatment, polishing, electrolytic, chemical, paint coating, etc.
Assembly
Bonding, riveting, setting, soldering equipment, along with our
expertise in mounting subassemblies, enables us to make
complete metal solutions at the best price, ready to be integrated
by manufacturers.
Production Sites
According to our clients’ requirements and the resources available
on our sites, production is distributed among all our sites in France
(Saint-Victor-de-Cessieu), Tunisia (Tunis), and even potentially
Poland.
