EURODESIGN GENUINE TEAK DECK
CATALOGUE 2016
For our Eurodesign Genuine Teak Deck brand, we only use selected, high quality, 100%
plantation teak.
You can find the layouts of more than 300 boat models on our webpage. It’s also possible to
purchase as a one-off or we can develop the layout for a slightly higher cost.
The choices are:
Standard thickness is 6, 9 or 12 mm.
With or without pre-drilled holes including screws and plugs.
Standard sizes of frames and slats are 31/45/65 mm.
Our deck pieces has an NRE backing as a hardener.
WHAT IS SPECIAL ABOUT TEAK FROM EURODESIGN ?
1. Highest quality Teak.
2. Only selected wood
• A large amount is rejected to be used in other products.
3. High precision manufactured pieces.
4. We use NRE-backing (fiber glass and epoxy)
• NRE is used as a stiffener and protection.
5. Our 9 mm decking has the same life-span as competitors 12 mm
• Because of the NRE-backing we can drill deeper holes and our unique flat screws will
leave 6 mm to sand off.
• However, we suggest to not use screws if not absolutely necessary.
6. High finish
• Many man-hours is spend on sanding etc.

We can also produce FSC certified teak products, but with a slightly
higher cost.
All teak is coming from 100% Indonesian plantations.
