The word hydration is probably the most often used word when speaking about skin care. While
most experts agree that keeping the skin well hydrated is of paramount importance, exactly how
to achieve proper hydration is not well understood even by the most seasoned skin care professionals.
The outer layer of the skin is called the stratum corneum. Until recently, this outer surface has
been thought of as nothing more than a layer of dead surface skin cells. As a result, many skin
care companies treat it as such. In reality, the surface of the skin is a very important bio-sensor.
The stratum corneum is designed to protect us from the environment and attack from the bacteria world. It also controls the storage and balance of water within it’s tissues. On a cosmetic level
it is what the world sees. The condition of your stratum corneum is what gives your age away.
Typical skin care moisturizers work by covering or sealing the skin to help prevent moisture loss.
While these types of products may give the skin a temporary nicer appearance, they do nothing
to directly hydrate the skin. However, these oily products can clog pores, block the release of
toxins and prevent the skin from breathing. Some of these cover and seal products may actually
contribute to the aging process.
Typical moisturizers can’t penetrate the surface

The man responsible for the AminoGenesis formula is Dr. T. Joseph Lin, Ph.D. Dr. Lin is a
