A convicted stalker continued to terrorize his ex-girlfriend despite police intervention. The latest
confrontation ended up being the last, as he beat and killed her in a park near her home.
Knowing her iPhone likely contained texts and evidence of his latest threats, he smashed it with
his foot and then ran it over in the parking lot. Once retrieved, several forensics labs failed to salvage
