Introduction
The Bridgemans Bluefort is a 460-foot (142-metre)
former sea ferry that has been converted to a premium
hotel vessel and industrial work platform. The floatel is
ideally suited for companies looking to rapidly deploy fullservice accommodations and a command centre for early
works projects in remote regions and offshore locations
throughout the world.
Featuring 210 single occupancy cabins, with private
washrooms, making the cabins perfectly suited for a
workforce who is looking for comfort and style. The vessel
also has the capability to upgrade to 350 pax utilizing
double cabins upon the client’s request.
The Bluefort has undergone a complete refit to all cabins,
common areas, dining room, lounges and extensive
mechanical upgrades. Classed with a 5 year survey
and all certificates in 2016, the vessel meets Stockholm
Agreement for operations in Northern Regions.
The Bridgemans Bluefort features project operations
amenities, including a 200-person briefing theatre, 10,000
square feet of office and meeting space, a converted car
deck for equipment storage and a 12,000-pound helicopter
landing pad and boat landing for CTV accessibility.

Catering and Food Services
An executive chef and catering manager ensure the highest
standards of food service, including a variety of menu
choices that change daily, maintaining awareness of dietary
restrictions (including food allergies), and providing alternative
menu items to meet individual and cultural preferences.

Security Office
The security office has full circuit CCTV for the ship and
corridors.
Water
Onboard installed fresh water makers – deliver up to
200 m3/day.
Dining room with seating up to 200 guests in one sitting and
a buffet style service. The dining room and galley are designed
to accommodate three meal services per day complete with a
takeout lunch service.
Sewage & Waste Management
Lounges
Lounges throughout the ship. These areas include comfortable
seating and big screen TVs.
Electricity, black/gray water, and fresh water plans will
need to be established. Bridgemans will work to develop
an efficient and proper moorage and access plan.
Fitness Room
Permits
A fitness room with state-of-the-art gym equipment.
First Aid Room
There is a fully equipped first aid room which is equipped with
all necessary items to service the requirements of occupants
and crew, and can be customized to meet the standards set
by local regulators.
Guest Laundry Services
Guest laundry facilities are available for self-service use on
a 24-hour basis. In addition, full guest laundry service is be
provided at regular intervals.
Housekeeping Services
Regularly scheduled housekeeping is provided in each room
and in all common areas.
Dry / Wet Room
Dryroom is available and conveniently located for guests to
store their work gear and PPE.
Two on board sewage treatment plants, both with a
capacity of 25m3 and meet international specifications.
Location and Moorage Requirements
Bridgemans Services will work with all national, regional
and local authorities to meet all operating standards and
obtain all necessary permits.
Power
On board power plant or shore power alternatives also
an option.
CTV Transfer Boat Platform
Stern access boat platform for crew transfer.
Storage
A converted car deck for equipment storage. Capable of
holding 20, 20' containers.
Helideck
Helicopter landing deck large enough for Sikorsky S61 /
Super Puma.
Communication Services
The ship is equipped with wireless high-speed internet
throughout. The bandwidth will allow for Skype based internet
service on individual computers. There is also a computer
cafe and satellite phone area for guest use.
