The Ernsting's family-facelift concept of Oskomera
For this major project (refurbishment of
about 200 storefittings of Ernsting's
family), it was necessary to install in
addition to our general portfolio specific
detailed solutions, because there were
the following additional requirements:

Survey of the stores with photo
documentation and determination of
masses.

Permanent supervising of the site
manager to coordinate all crafts and
to solve the incoming problems and
duties.

Smooth work flow, we have met
every deadline and have proven
ourselves as a reliable partner
proven with a real sense of
customer orientation. After the first
section of 50 stores that we
completed in 10 weeks (one store
per day), we have doubled our
output - two shops per day.
Facts & Figures:
•
In addition to 150 hotel reservations
that were booked for the teams we
obtained approximately 140 parking
permits.
•
About 180 tonnes of rubble,
garbage and hazardous waste have
been produced and disposed by us.
•
Around 20.000 m2 of ceiling material
were installed.
•
We installed about 220 tonnes of new
materials in the stores.
•
There were permanent 4 trucks in use.
•
To realize all the work preparation and
monitoring, two employees supported
the construction sites from the office in
Dorsten.
