PRESENTATION
The YMCA CAMP Alambre is a special place of the YMCA Setúbal and it is located in the
Natural Park of Arrábida, 7km from Portinho da Arrábida.
Based on the methodology of the YMCA Movement (Young Men's Christian Association) and
the solid experience gained over the past 40 years, the YMCA CAMP Alambre presents itself
as a reference in programmes of contact with nature. The knowledge and experience that we
have developed and strengthened in the fields of Animation and Activities in Nature guarantees us the highest quality in what concerns to childcare and hosting young people and
adults.
The YMCA CAMP Alambre offers a complete solution for full experiences, - landscapes full of
green areas, nature trails for hiking and colorful picnic areas.
Based on these contextual factors, we seek to be an entity of reference in providing high
quality services.
We provide to our members and customers the following services: Accommodation, Catering, Event Tent, Birthday Parties, Environmental Education, Nature Sport, Summer Camps
and Workshops.

Cultural Tour
This journey through time starts with the Palmela Castle and the historical references from
the Roman occupation.
Tróia, also occupied by the Roman people, is now a place of touristic importance in the
region of Setúbal, mostly due to its hotels and long sandy beaches, where the sea invites to a
bath.
Setúbal is a city facing the sea through its immense estuary. Its people has a strong culture

The accommodation consists of 8 bungalows with capacity for 32 people, equipped with
bedroom, bathroom and living room. The kitchenette is equipped for cooking.
Camping is also possible.
In our restaurant you can taste the most traditional meals or light meals. We can also provide
snack for your walk.
