Wedding receptions from 20 to 200 guests are graciously
accommodated in our lovely main dining room, more intimate
Cupola Room or on our beautifully landscaped Events Terrace.
Your guests will enjoy sweeping fairway and mountain views from
all of our event locations. Colorful flower gardens provide a
beautiful backdrop for wedding photos.
Rehearsal dinners, wedding ceremonies, dream receptions and farewell brunches are

Inside or Out…
Lake Sunapee Country Club offers lovely options for your ceremony and reception
The Kearsarge Room, offering stunning views of Mt. Kearsarge,
accommodates up to 130 guests. In cooler seasons, a wood burning
fireplace makes a romantic focal point. In warm weather, the adjacent patio is
perfect for ceremonies, cocktails or additional dining to expand seating to 250
guests.
The beautifully landscaped Events Terrace features sweeping fairway views with
Mt. Kearsarge as a backdrop. The Terrace is perfect for outside events of up to 200
guests and may be tented or used as an open outside patio.
The light and airy Cupola Room offers lofty views of our majestic 90 year old maple
and the surrounding golf course. Available in shoulder and off-season times, the
Cupola Room is best for intimate weddings of 40 or fewer.

Bridal Dressing Room:
You and your bridal party are invited to use our dressing room. Perfect for getting
ready, freshening up during the reception or changing before your honeymoon
departure, the changing room offers a private bathroom with shower.
Menu Selections
From casual buffets to elegant multi-course sit-down events, we’ll create a
reception that reflects your signature style. Choose from specially
prepared wedding menus or work with Executive Chef Josh Duda to
develop your own.
On-Site Lodging
Twelve comfortable furnished rooms are offered at The Fairway Motel at Lake
Sunapee Country Club. Blocks of four or more rooms may be held for use by your

Cost Estimates
Basic weddings begin at $60 - $80 per guest for dinner plus an administration fee. Final charges are
dependent upon the number of guests, food and beverage choices, room fees and function extras (for
example: tents, dance floors, special linens, etc.). For planning purposes, please refer to our menus and
Function Extras for specific costs.
Deposits and Payments
• A non-refundable deposit of $1500 is required to secure your wedding date. The deposit will be applied to final
payment of your event and is due when the wedding reservation is made. No date will be held without a deposit.
• An additional deposit equal to 50% of the total estimated cost (before tax and gratuity) is due 60 days in advance
of the wedding date.
• Functions must be prepaid ten days in advance based on the function cost estimate. Payment of additional
charges incurred at the time of the function (e.g. open bar or additional guests) is due that day.
• A guaranteed attendance number is required ten days in advance of the function. You will be charged for the
guaranteed number plus any additional guests.

reduction for payment purposes. If the final guarantee is not received by ten days in advance of the function, the
estimated number of guests will be considered the guarantee. You will be charged for the guaranteed number plus

Credit Card:
A credit card number must be placed on file for incidentals and unforeseen damages.
Menu Selections:
Final menu selections must be completed no later than 60 days in advance of your reception. We suggest that
menu planning start six months in advance, with the understanding that final costs are subject to market prices
current at the time of the wedding. We will notify you should menu prices increase more than 10% from the price at
the time the function is booked.
Tax and Gratuity:
Beverages and menu items are subject to an 9% New Hampshire meals tax. A voluntary 20% gratuity will be
added to the final bill unless alternate arrangements are made.
Staffing:
Standard dining service staffing, as determined by LSCC, is provided. Additional staffing is available for an hourly
fee. The function manager, or his designated representative, will be present during the entire event.
Table Tops, Furnishings and Other Equipment:
Standard linen, service equipment and furnishing are included in the base function price. Outside rentals of items
such as special linen, china, stemware, round tables, white folding chairs, etc. are subject to 9% NH Meals/Rental
tax.
Tents and Dance Floor Rentals:
Rentals may be arranged through LSCC. Charges are dependent upon size.
Length and Time of Function:
Reservations are for a six hour period which includes both ceremony and/or reception time. After that, a fee of
$200/hour will apply. Should a function follow yours, we may be unable to allow extended time. We ask that all
functions end by midnight – and that outdoor music end by 11pm.
Planning Meetings and Consultation:
After the initial inquiry and site tour, we are available when you need us.
Displays, Decorations, Clean-Up:
With the exception of typical centerpieces and tabletop favors, all displays and decorations must be pre-approved.
Clients may not nail, staple or otherwise affix decorations to walls, woodwork, furniture or plants. Duct tape and
white masking tape are prohibited. Removable painter’s tape is permitted. Candles are permitted only if enclosed
in a holder (votive holder, hurricane candle lamps, etc.). Thrown rice, confetti, birdseed, small candies and sparklers are prohibited due to slip hazards and the resulting need for excessive clean-up. Alternative suggestions are
bubbles, ribbon or paper streamers. Extensive labor for set-up or clean-up (especially that involving carpet and
furniture) will result in a minimum labor charge of $150. Access to the club for decorating purposes, cake set-up,
etc. is easily arranged.
