CATTLE The supply of Beef Cattle al the
Scales this morning was s'matl, amnuntine>to only about 150 head. The sales embraced about
120 brad at prices ranting from $3 to *,3 per 100
IDS. on the hoof, which is equal to $4 a $5.75
net, as in qunlily. The sales were principally,
however, at intermediate rales. There are now
30 head ic the market unsold.
HOGS.—-There is a food supply of Live
Hog* in market, and Ihe demand continues
small. Sales were made :his morning at f3,7S
per 100 Ibs.
FLOUR—The demand for Howard si. Flour
continues light, and we note a farther decline in
price. Sales of some parcels of fresh ground, of
good standard brand*hive been made from slore
to-day at $4.75. at which price ihe ariieln is now
generally offered. The reeefpt price has declined also, and we now qnoteat $4,696.
GRAIN.—There is a fair supply of Wheat in
Market tn-daj and the quantity told has hern
large. The sales of Md. >ed Wheats have generally ranged at 95 a 100 cts. for good to prime
parcels, and al 85 a 95 for ordinary to food —
We note a sale on Saturday of a cargo of North
Carolina red, part very prime at 97 a 109 cents-,
and of another cargo to-day st 93 a 101 cents—
A sale of a large parcel of good Md white at
105 a 107 crnia. Family Flour white Wheat is
worth 10.'. a 112 cents. Sale* of Md. white
Corn lo-dny al 52 a 53cents. We quote yellow
