GENERAL INFORMATION
REDUCED PRICE FOR JUNIORS & SUB-JUNIORS:
Jaqua's will deduct 1/2 off all ATA registered target prices for juniors
and sub-juniors except for Flag City Handicap Championship.
Presquadding:
You may call and we will presquad you anytime before the start of the shoot. We cannot pre-squad after the shoot has begun.
THERE WILL BE NO CHARGE FOR THIS SERVICE!!!
Squadding/Classification:
Squadding/classification will open one (1) hour prior to the start of the shoot. No entry
shall be changed after the shooter has left the cashier window. A shooter may not shoot
in the last 8 squads of one event and the first 8 squads of the next event. WE WILL
START WITHOUT YOU!
MAKE-UPS:
A maximum of 50 targets can be made up per event. If you miss your squad for more
than 50 targets, you must be resquadded. A shooter may not make up after five shots have
been fired in the third event. Make-up events to be shot at practice fields.
NO PURSES ARE COMPULSORY
(Except the Flag City Handicap Championship))
Percentage system will be used for money divisions unless otherwise specified. All
purses and options must be played when entering. No additions or cancellations permitted after entry is made.
The cashiers’ sheets shall be posted as soon as the results are computed. Pay-off
information will be posted. It is your privilege to consult the cashier if you feel there is an
error in the pay-off. Pay-off sheets will be forwarded to shooters being paid off by check.
Management will not be responsible for errors in scores after the options have been
posted. Shooters should use the score board to check their scores and notify shoot management immediately if a discrepancy is noticed. SCORES BECOME FINAL 15 MINUTES AFTER THE CONCLUSION OF THE EVENT.
ATTENTION ALL SHOOTERS:
In accordance with the official rules of the A.T.A. Rules Book, all contestants are required
to verify their scores as shown on each score sheet before leaving the trap field. Furthermore, all contestants must verify their scores again when posted on the Official Bulletin
Board each day since all Trophies, Options and Prize Monies are awarded based on the
scores shown thereon. It is the responsibility of Ladies, Veterans, Sr. Veterans, Junior and
Sub Juniors to see that they are so indicated on their entry cards and on the bulletin sheets
so they may be included in the competition. In the program, a Junior is any shooter under
19 years of age. Sub Junior is under 16. A Veteran is a shooter 65 years of age or older. A
Sr. Veteran is 70 and older.
CARRY-OVERS & SHOOT-OFFS:
All ties will be carried over to the next like event. (for doubles & singles) All shoot offs
will be in events of 25, doubles will be 10 pair. Shoot-offs will be posted after each event
and will be held after the days scheduled events, time permitting. Tied shooters will be
called three times for shoot offs. A shooter that fails to appear will forfeit. If no shoot off
contestants appear, a winner will be determined by management. Management reserves
the right to carry over shoot-off events to determine winners.

GENERAL INFORMATION
(General Information continued from previous page)
TROPHIES:
Contestants can win only one club trophy in each event. Ladies, Veterans, Sr.
Veterans, Juniors and Sub Juniors electing to shoot off a tie for another club trophy
in an event do not forfeit their right to the Lady, Veteran, Sr. Veteran, Junior or Sub
Junior trophy for that event, except by a win in the shoot-off. Those shooters shooting
in special categories must notify shoot personnel which trophy you will take or shoot
off for within 10 minutes after the final scores are posted for each event. Shoot personnel will automatically consider special category over class or yardage trophies if
you fail to declare which trophy you will take (Sub-Junior or Junior over Lady & Lady
over Veteran or Senior Veteran).
NO ENTRY FEE REFUNDED including options and purses unless the shoot is
cancelled.
This is an invitational tournament, and the Management reserves the right to
reject, refund, or disqualify any contestant who in their judgment interferes with
the harmony of the shoot or violates A.T.A. rules and O.S.T.A. regulations.
The A.T.A. rules will govern all points not otherwise covered in this program.
The management reserves the absolute right, at any time prior to, or during the tournament, to change or modify the program in any manner it desires, including, but
not being limited to, starting time, order of starting traps, entry fees, purses, and options. Management reserves the right to move squads to alternate fields.
You may shoot new shells or regulation reloads. Reloads are subject to challenge. An illegal load will result in total disqualification.
