Billboard shows the most timely story and should be updated weekly. Headline and lead story in left side (static with link to story) and a slide show
on the right 2 columns. This could also be a single image, a movie, and if there’s no visual, a large quote or story extraction.
If viewers click to see the full story, we can either:
1) make it the first in the accordion list below
2) make it link to a magazine site (a secondary tab... don’t close out the Truberry site)
3) make a specially designed, full-sized pop up window.
Note: When an accordion panel opens, STOP any image animation in the upper billboard. (We don’t want two sets of animation happening
simultaneously... don’t want any distraction to the story they’re reading below.)
Story List
I’m showing with an accordioned list to keep it clean, so the page will scroll down deeper per the story length. Each story can take an image on the
left (logo, photo, slideshow, movie, etc). Place viewer controls when possible. The headline bars are a simple blended graphic.

“The floor plan we chose only required a couple of
personal touches—one of them being a cozy sitting room
with a fireplace off of the master, also overlooking the golf
course.”
“It’s lovely, no matter what time of year. We built two homes prior to our current home that we built
with Truberry. Because of our experience, we knew exactly what we wanted in a floor plan and found
much of those features in Truberry’s Welch plan. With our lot being on the golf course, the beautiful
decorative wall of windows in the two-story great room really enables us to take advantage of the
view. Our kitchen is also one of my favorite places. It is very elegant. We choose dark stain for the
cabinets, which contrasts beautifully with the light and airy great room where we added a wall of
built-ins.

“A favorite of our son’s is the entertainment room in the basement. With its pool table, theater area,
and kitchen/refreshment bar, he keeps himself entertained for hours. My husband actually worked
with Truberry’s carpenters to design many of the built-ins himself. Truberry gave us great advice on
how to rearrange rooms to make the home more livable. We love everything about it.”
This home features a large master bedroom suite with a fireplace in the sitting room. On the first
floor, the office gives the Mills privacy while they work at home on the business they own together.
Off the kitchen and eating area is a screened porch that leads to a patio and pond. The lower level was
finished at the time the house was built, and Truberry added numerous built-ins.

Billboard holds a static collage of customer images, along with UList of customer names as links. Billboard top header is a simple colorblended graphic.

Billboard still holds the UList of customer names as links. The right side fills with a simple panning slideshow, active unless paused by
customer. Keep small control symbols there incase they want to flip it back and forth themselves. No need to show thumbnails.
Tertiary Menu
Note the use of Trebuchet here since it’s so small. The list should retract once the cursor leaves the position. I like the idea of Trebuchet being used for
Legal/Terms/places where we just need small simple text.

Community Highlights
Glenross was the site of The Parade of Homes 2005. The home sites feature of the
recently redesigned golf course, which was inspired by English/Scottish links golf
courses, with tall grasses, mounds, and hillocks. The residential neighborhood features
rolling grassy mounds reminiscent of the Scottish style carried throughout the golf
course.

About the Area
Within the next couple of years, this corridor of S.R. 23 will feature quaint shops and a
major medical center. It also boasts the future site of the fourth Olentangy high school.
With Alum Creek just minutes away, those who enjoy quiet strolls through the woods or

The simpler pages don’t necessarily need a large billboard. They could use a 2-column story space, plus an appropriate image if possible. I
would ‘not’ stretch bodycopy across three columns... difficult to read (and hard to breath).
Above shows how I would take a blank column and begin using a series of box links that can appear on multiple pages. Again, these box links
are just FPO images and copy... we can develop a series of 10-20 graphic links to use throughout the site.
Headline Bars:
For these simpler pages, I don’t think you need a color bar behind the headline, but if it looks best in site totality, feel free to use them. They could
use either the red-brown blend or cream-to-tan blend as shown below.

Clear background (shows ribbing behind) for

Copperplate and Base 900 font). But also used for

What Should I Ask Builders When I Am Interviewing Them?
Before you begin meeting with homebuilders, narrow your list to only two or three. The best
way to do this is to tour several neighborhoods and visit model homes that appeal to you. Learn
which builders are offering homes in your price range, with styles you like. Make sure they
are full-time builders with a solid reputation and a long list of satisfied customers. Friends and
neighbors are often a good source of information about which builders to consider.
