Fresh Egg Quiche accented with grilled wild mushrooms, spring leeks and smoked Gouda
cheese served in its own golden pie shell, with your choice of soup or salad.
Shrimp and Asparagus Crepes
Black tiger shrimp seared with fresh seared asparagus in a white wine cream sauce inside
two delicate French crepes. Served with your choice of soup or salad.
Eddington’s Style French Toast
Stuffed with brie cheese and cinnamon glazed apples,
topped with a warm raspberry coulis. Served with fresh fruit yogurt parfait.
