FOR APPLICANT
The objective 01 the study IS to provide Consultancy services for
detail feasibility study, lEE, EIA & SIA study for development of a
2x 660 MW Cool fired Power Point at Potuokhoil Bmi5holl
Chittagong zone or any suitable location in Bangladesh.

The Study will include the following:
1.
Conduct detail Feasibility study for development
2 X 660 MW coal based Power Plant.
2.
To Conduct the lEE, EIA & SIA Study.
of
Application has been invited from the competent consulting firms
who have qualification and experience of conducting detail
feasibility study as well as lEE, EIA & SIA study for coal based
thermal Power Plant construction Project. The Consulting Firm
shall have experience of successfully completed at least one (1)
contract of conducting Feasibility study including lEE, EIA & SIA
of a coal based thermal power plant project with a minimum
Capacity of 250 MW durin>! last fifteen (15) years.
Consulting firm may form Joint Venture/Consortium/Association
(JVCA). In such case, Lead partner shall have similar experience
of services and other partners should have real and well-defined
inputs to the assignment .No firm should form association (JVCA)
with more than one firm.
The intending consulting firms should collect the "Detailed Terms
of Reference as well as document" from the RPCL office by
submitting an application to the Executive Director (Engineering),
Rural Power Company Limited, House NO.-19, Road No.-1/B,
Sector NO.-09, Uttara Model Town, Dhaka- 1230. Bangladesh
during office hours till 23/06/2014. The document is also available
in RPCL's website: www.rpcl.org.bd for reference only.
