Dupli-Color® Bed Armor™ Do-It-Yourself Truck Bed
Liner is a water-based, rubberized polyurethane
coating. It is ideal for protecting truck beds, and
all other metal, aluminum, fiberglass, and wood
surfaces. Bed Armor is the only do-it-yourself truck
bed liner formulated with DuPont™ Kevlar®. This
special formulation won’t chip, fade, or flake and
has a textured, black satin finish that provides the
ultimate in truck bed protection.

Results
Installation is simple, but there are a few steps
involved in the application. First, clean out the bed
of your truck thoroughly, then scuff it to ensure the
Bed Armor™ adheres to the surface of your truck bed. You can
use the included Scotch-Brite™ Pad, or use a dual action sander to make quick work of it.
Step 1: Prep
Once the scuffing has been done, it’s time to start applying the product.
Dupli‑Color® offers an aerosol version of the Bed Armor™ to help you apply it
to all those tough-to-reach spots like the corners. After this, use the
included textured roller and roller tray to apply the product
to the remainder of the truck bed for that ultimate
textured, non-slip grip you’re looking for.
Cleanup is quick and easy. Dupli-Color® Bed Armor™
is a water-based polyurethane. Hands, tools, and
other surfaces can be cleaned with soap and water
before drying.

A gallon of Dupli-Color® DIY Truck Bed Liner will cover
approximately 60‑70 square feet. This is enough liner
to properly apply the recommended two coats to all
standard-sized six foot truck beds. All extended truck
beds larger than six feet will require the purchase of an
additional quart to achieve proper coverage.
