"We thank all of our donor, sponsors
and volunteers for their contributions!
We truly apologized if we missed
anyone!"
John Michael Montgomery has
turned an uncanny ability to
relate to fans into one of
country music's most storied
careers. Since the days when
"Life's A Dance" turned him
from an unknown artist into a
national star, it is readily
apparent in love songs that have helped set the standard for
a generation. Songs like “I Swear,” “I Love the Way You
Love Me” and “I Can Love You Like That”. It is apparent in
the 2004 hit “Letters From Home,” one of the most moving
tributes to the connection between soldiers and their
families ever recorded, and in “The Little Girl,” a tale of
redemption that plumbs both the harrowing and the
uplifting. John Michael's repertoire--songs like “Be My
Baby Tonight” and “Sold (The Grundy County Auction
Incident),” where John Michael's vocal earnestness takes
musical whimsy to another level.
is an NFL Hall of Fame member!
As an NFL offensive tackle he is
just one of just a handful of
players to earn the honor of being
named to two National Football
League All-Decade Teams. His
superior play earned him a spot
on the NFL's 1980s All-Decade
Team even though he played just
four seasons during the decade.
Following the 1999 season, he was named to the 1990s AllDecade Team as well. Zimmerman's ability to persevere and his
desire to play, earned him the respect and admiration of
teammates and opponents alike. Even though he missed the final
two games of the 1996 season he was still selected to play in the
Pro Bowl and was voted first-team All-Pro honors.
is a force of nature, a man whose
passion for music fuels an array
of other vigorous enthusiasms.
Tippin is also a pilot, farmer,
winemaker,
outdoorsman,
competitive bodybuilder and
devoted family man. Tippin has
crusaded for the working man
and woman since he ripped
country music wide open in
1990 with his uncompromising "You've Got To Stand For
Something." On the strength of that remarkable song,
comedian Bob Hope invited Tippin to appear with him when he
toured the Mideast to entertain the troops of Desert Storm.
Tippin has been a favorite of—and a standby for—America's
fighting forces ever since. Tippin's voice continued to ring loud
and clear with such hits as "I Wouldn't Have It Any Other
Way," "There Ain't Nothin' Wrong With The Radio', "My Blue
Angel," "Working Man's Ph. D.," "The Call Of The Wild," "I
Got It Honest," "That's As Close As I'll Get To Loving You,"
"For You I Will," "Kiss This" (a cheeky No. 1 song he co-wrote
with his wife and partner-in-everything, Thea). Tippin became
immediately enraged by the sneak attacks of 9/11 and quickly
remembered a song he'd recently penned, (his proudly defiant),
"Where The Stars And Stripes And The Eagle Fly." Tippin has
journeyed to Iraq and Afghanistan to sing for the troops.
The former Pro Bowl NFL

receptions for 148 yards and 2 touchdowns. He currently owns
his own private hunting ranch called Jay Novacek's Upper 84
Ranch in Brady, Nebraska. In his 11 seasons, he recorded 422
receptions for 4,620 yards and 30 touchdowns.
is a former American football

sack against the Washington
Redskins’ quarterback Billy
Kilmer. In his three Super Bowls, Fernandez recorded three
sacks and 28 tackles. Fernandez was 2nd team All-Pro and an
all-AFC selection and a second-team All-AFC choice.
Fernandez is also credited with being one of the first nose

Beretta”, “Escape to the Wild”, “Turkey Revolution”, “Waterfowler’s
Edge”, “Browning Expeditions”, “Dangerous Game”, and “America’s
Outdoor Journal”.
Spies received his college degree
in fine arts from the department
of Visual Arts at SDSU. He has
chosen to be a painter and has
developed a remarkable national
career as a wildlife artist. A
number of his paintings of
wildlife carry emotional moods
that strongly inspire admiration
for the animals and birds he has
studied. His wildlife art finds poetry in Nature, he
communicates with his subjects. Josh has discovered the same
rapport that Southern Song Dynasty Chinese masters of
painting achieved in their masterpiece paintings on animals and
birds of Nature. Indeed, his work is more than an American
painter, he is an international artist in the transcendent feelings
his paintings carry.
Chad has always been an
incredible and evolving artist.
He’s found his true passion in
channeling that artistic bent
while drawing on the simplicity
of nature: materials often
reclaimed from old farms,
ranches, chicken coops, tractors
or anywhere he sees an unrealized
potential. Melissa has an eye for putting things together. She
sees beauty and perfection in nature’s simplest gifts, which gives
her the ability to combine all kinds of unexpected elements for
the most unique pieces of art. They look to their country roots
and western style for inspiration, then throw in a little modern
flair to bring to life a steel image or a piece of art that tells the
one-of-a-kind story of its owner and they truly believe that in art
— as in life — Imperfection is Perfection.
is a multi-talented artist from Tea,

Wide Stunts," "Outdoor Adventures," "Jaycox and Boone
Outdoor Productions" as well as many stage and movie credits.

As Hunter’s parents we were prepared for the challenges that a special needs child brings and we were
willing to do whatever was needed to give him the best. Despite Hunter’s challenges he was fully expected
to live as long as any healthy child. He lived his life and filled our lives with unbridled joy and happiness.
His infectious smile and laugh affected many. Hunter’s death was a shock and a truly devastating loss for
us. We never expected to be living life without him! During his far too short life he brought many people
together for the greater good of helping children who cannot help themselves. We can not thank you
enough for the overwhelming support you have given our family and the foundation over the past five
years!
Losing Hunter was an unexpected tragedy and we have had to
learn that there is truly no greater loss in life! We can only plead
that you help us and Hunter’s Dream for a Cure to do everything
we can to prevent this from happening to others No one should
have to experience what we have gone through. With you help we
are making a difference in finding better treatment for this disease
and improving the quality of life of special needs children in our
community! In Hunter’s name please help us!
God Bless You, Robb, Wendy & Brady Nelson
