How They Killed Kennedy
AMBUSH
IN DEALEY PLAZA
The first shot is from the sixth
floor of the Book Depository and
is over the top of the oak tree.
It's the goahead signal to en
sure the next two shots strike at
the same time. The second shot
is from the Grassy Knoll. It
strikes Kennedy in the throat,
about six or seven inches too
high, knocking him toward the
center of the car, and causes
the third shot, from the DalTex
building, to hit to the right of
Kennedy's spine, instead of
through his heart. The fourth
shot, again, from the Book De
pository, misses Kennedy and
hits John Connally in the back.
First Ambush
Will Greer was supposed to
speed up at the sound of gun
shots, but he continued to drive
slowly for about five seconds.
Then, he stopped the limousine
at the foot of the Grassy Knoll,
right in the middle of the second
ambush. The first shot, from the
Grassy Knoll, missed. The
second shot, from the Overflow
Drain, in front of the limousine,
struck Kennedy in the right
temple and killed him. The third
shot, from the west window of
the Book Depository, hit John
Connally in the wrist and leg.
Second Ambush
Lookback Publications, R. Murdoch
The original cover image reveals a
startling conclusion.
I only saw the hidden information in this photo, after I saw the
undoctored photo taken by Mary Mooreman (see page 19).
That photo shows the massive exit wound in the back of
Kennedy’s head. But, why that photo is so remarkable, is the
timing. It was taken the instant the bullet passed through
Kennedy’s head, but before his head reacted to the force of the
bullet striking his skull.
The frame, from the Zapruder film, I’ve used on this cover,
shows Kennedy’s head milliseconds before the Mooreman
photo. It never occurred to me, while working on the frame, I
was looking at Kennedy’s head, not before the bullet struck,
but the very instant it struck. I drew the path of the bullet in the
image, where I thought the overflow drain was at the time of
the shooting, and witness accounts of where the entrance and
exit wounds were. But, I believe, this cover, shows exactly
where the bullet struck and exited. The white collection of
pixels on his temple is the entrance wound and the dome of
pixels on the back of his head, is, exactly, where we see the exit
wound, in the Mary Mooreman photo. It’s the beginning of the
exit wound.
New observations
There’s so much information in books and on the Internet, about
this crime, I hesitate to say the following are new observations. I
believe they are, but it may be I’ve just not come across them in
my searches. The above observation, of the instant of death, be
ing one.
Another is Bobby Hargis and his partner ducking their heads, in
the Maria Muchmore film, after being splattered with Kennedy’s
blood and brains. This is not seen in the Zapruder film, even
though, one can see the Zapruder film broken down frame by
frame. This is more evidence frames were taken out to hide
ejecta blasted from the back of John Kennedy’s head.
I, also, offer an explanation of why the shot from the Grassy
Knoll missed President Kennedy and why the bullet wounds in
the first ambush zone were superficial.
I did not find anyone mentioning Jackie Kennedy, looking at the
overflow drain, when she crawled on to the back of the lim
ousine: although, it’s shown clearly in the James Altgens’ photo,
showing Clint Hill on the back of the limousine.
Nor did I find anyone mentioning Clint Hill had time to pause
and make a gesture, to the following car, to back off, and that,
also, shows how slow the President’s limousine was going.
There were two killing zones in Dealey Plaza and I have de
scribed each in detail. I’ve, also, described and explained each
shot in detail, based on the evidence. I thought, this was neces
sary, to show Lee Oswald did not kill President Kennedy.

Photos and Illustrations
Regarding the illustrations and photos in the book. I'm
almost certain they are either in the public domain, are
government photos, or in the case of the two google
photos of Deally Plaza, I used to illustrate where the shots
came from, I believe they would fall under the 'fair use'
provision. I say almost because I'm not absolutely certain
of the origin of every photo. I believe I took the photos
from sites that would have had a policy of only showing
photos that were in the public domainlike Wikimedia
Commons.

INTRODUCTION
On July 3, 1997, Gerald Ford admitted, when confron
ted with the evidence, he changed the text of the War
ren Commission Report. A bullet struck Kennedy
about five inches down from the base of his neck. He
changed the Report to read; the bullet struck Kennedy
at the base of his neck. This had to be done or admit
there was a consiracy. The New York Times placed
this important story, in a few paragraphs, on page
eight.
The Commission had only three bullets to work with.
At first, the three bullets were enough, but evidence,
showing a bullet had hit the sidewalk—completely
missing the limousine—could not be ignored. If anoth
er bullet hit Kennedy in the head, then, the last one
must have caused all the other wounds. They needed
a Magic Bullet to account for all the wounds on both
Kennedy and Connally. The Magic Bullet was a polit
ical necessity. On page 56, you can see the excerpt
from the draft, showing the change Gerald Ford
made. When confronted with this document, re
leased by the ARRB, he said he was not trying to
cover up the crime or alter history, only to clarify the
text.
The Warren Commission Report and all the books,
videos, and Web sites telling us Oswald shot the Pres
ident are based on this lie.
My aim in this work is to show Lee Oswald did not
kill President Kennedy. To do that, I’ve had to show
how President Kennedy was killed, and to examine
the evidence brought forward by the police forces
against Oswald. If you flip to Appendix A, you’ll see
a list of convincing evidence proving Oswald did not
shoot President Kennedy or Officer Tippit.
President Kennedy's vision of a better world was,
also, lost that day in Dealey Plaza. He had already
taken steps to end the war in Vietnam, to find some
common ground with the Soviets and to desegregate
the South. Before the war was over, 58,000 Americ
ans and it’s estimated two million Vietnamese had
lost their lives in Vietnam; the cold war intensified
and many years were lost in the struggle for race
equality.
That afternoon, I had worked on my car, until I went
to work at 4pm. I had heard nothing about the assas
sination. About 30 people worked in Accounts Pay
able and 20 in the Payroll Department. Everyone had
left Accounts Payable except three young women.
They were together, crying. In the Payroll depart
ment, everyone was gone, except a middle aged man.
He was crying, on his arm, on his desk.
The Warren Commission reported a lone gunman, a
Communist nut, shot the President. So, to almost all
of us, that’s what happened. Most of us believed,
what we were told, in those days. Who had the time
to read and analyze 26 volumes of evidence?
But it soon became apparent; no one saw the crime as
the Warren Commission described it.
How does a bullet turn sharp angles, without cause,
after going through JFK’s body? Did the bullet go
through his body? How does a clumsy, mediocre
shooter, using a poorly made rifle, make shots the
worlds greatest marksmen have not been able to du
plicate? How does Lee Oswald get from the sixth
floor to the second floor lunch room in 75 seconds
without showing any signs of exertion and be seen
drinking a Coke? A feat that’s never been duplicated.
These questions were the first of countless others that
came out in the following years.
To those, who have looked at the evidence against
Lee Oswald, there is no doubt he’s innocent of killing
President Kennedy and Officer Tippit. But the CIA
has managed, over the years, by funding books,
videos and TV programs, to confuse the public about
Oswald. By this effort and constant lying, they’re
saying; there's something vile and repugnant about
the killing of Lee Oswald that needs to be denied,
hidden and covered up.
They have lost the battle of the Lone Gunman versus
the Conspiracy Theory, as most of us, now, believe,
what the rest of the world has always believed–there
was a conspiracy to kill President Kennedy.
This book was written for the majority, who have
been bamboozled by the CIA about Oswald, and still
believe he shot the President.
I’ll describe, how President Kennedy was killed, to
show Lee Oswald was what he said he was–a patsy.
The crimes against JFK and LHO have to be kept be
fore the public, until what happened is admitted by
the government, and the CIA is ordered to stop fund
ing these books, videos and TV shows, purporting to
show how Oswald shot the President.
7
These people, with a hidden budget and accountable
to no one, know the truth. It’s hard to understand why
they continue this cover up. They are beginning to
look more and more unprofessional and sinister every
year that passes. Every time they hide, what they
don’t want the public to know, by classifying it, as na
tional security, the more they look like fascists.
How do they justify these expenditures to their politic
al bosses or do they even have to? Most government
agents are honorable men and women—patriots. They
must be embarrassed by the amateurish efforts of
their colleages to maintain this lie.
What happened and is still happening to Lee Oswald
is completely unfair and leaves a vile taste.
To show and demonstrate, Oswald, was what he said
he was—a patsy—is easy. In fact, those who had read
the Warren Commission Report, knew, at the time,
Oswald was innocent. The contradictions and non
sense are there for all to see.
Independent investigators, at great cost to themselves,
have ferreted out the details of this crime. We, now,
know, because of their efforts, what happened that
day in Dealey Plaza.
Unlike the supporters of the Warren Commission and
the Lone Gunman Theory, I will justify the informa
tion I describe.
I have not gone into the evidence concerning, what
happened to John Kennedy’s body, after the shooting,
because of it’s enormous complexity and I did not
think it was necessary to my purpose.
The Carcano rifle, they said they found, on the sixth
floor of the Book Depository, is the critical evidence,
so I have a section of the book on the gun and related
evidence.
I’ve included a section on why President Kennedy
was killed but that is not the focus of what I’m trying
to do—exonerate Lee Oswald.
Frances Newman was standing, about 10 feet away
from the President, when the bullet struck his head.
For years, she was one of the few, who knew what
happened, except for government agents who had
seen the the Zapruder film.
Thanks to Jim Garrison, Robert Groden and Jerry
Springer, we can all see what she saw, captured for
all time by Abraham Zapruder, with his camera. But,
viewing the film is not the same, as to be, as close, as
8
she was, to seeing the President’s head explode.
In the first part, I’ll go over, in a general way, what
happened in Dealey Plaza that Friday afternoon in
Dallas. And, then, I’ll describe, what justifies the
book: an in depth analysis of how the crime was car
ried out. The bullet evidence will be accounted for
and justified.
We’ll look at how the Warren Commission described
the crime in one section.
I’ll list reasons why the political climate was toxic for
President Kennedy, and a look at the dark side of his
life.
The Dallas Police Department, also, accused Oswald
of killing Officer Tippit. I’ll describe this crime and
look at the evidence collected by the DPD and show
why Oswald could not have killed Officer Tippit.
I’ll answer the question: where was Oswald at the
time of the shooting of the President and look at the
testimony and statements of key witnesses. In partic
ular, Special Agent Clint Hill, because of his unique
point of view and important observations. I’ll include
transcripts of what he said to the WC.
We’ll look at the film and sound evidence.
Within a few days, of the assassination, Lyndon
Johnson reversed Kennedy’s plan of ending the war
in Vietnam. The first one thousand troops were
already on their way home. President Johnson was re
ported to have said to the generals at the time, ‘Now,
you have your damn war’.
It’s been 46 years since the murder of John Kennedy
and the framing and murder of Lee Oswald. And,
still, there are expensively produced videos on You
tube, showing how Oswald killed Kennedy. The
videos are movie quality and I saw two that lasted 90
minutes each. Where does the money come from to
produce this work? One Lone Gunman supporter
shows a computer simulation based on the lie that a
bullet went through Kennedy’s back. The only organ
ization, that has a budget it does not have to account
for, is the CIA.
It’s, now, time for President Obama to stop these lies
and apologize for the role, elements of the govern
ment played in the crime against Kennedy and
Oswald, and to many other innocent victims.

Ambush in Dealey Plaza
What he did not know was the military unit,
geared up and ready to provide security for him,
was told to stand down; that they were not needed.
The limousine entered the first ambush zone, as it
turned off Houston Street onto Elm Street, and
passed by the Book Depository.
Kennedy tried to end
the war in Vietnam,
desegregate the
South, and find a rap
prochement with the
Soviets. But there was
a dark side to
Kennedy. The Pulitzer
Prise winning
investigative reporter
for the New York
Times, Seymour M.
Hersh, documents this
dark side, in his book,
'THE DARK SIDE OF
CAMELOT'. (See the
Section 'Kennedy and
Hate'.)
In this, first crossfire, Connally was shot in the
back. A bullet from the sixth floor of the Book
Depository, smashed his ribs on the right side and
punctured his lung. Kennedy was hit in the throat
and back. Both wounds were superficial.
The motorcade security rules state: the President’s
limousine is to speed up at the sound of gun shots,
but Will Greer, the driver, continued driving
slowly for five or six seconds, until the car
reached the foot of the Grassy Knoll, and, then,
stopped or almost stopped, according to witnesses
around the car.
One of the bullets, in this second crossfire, struck
Kennedy in the head and killed him.

Sam Pate, Dallas radio reporter
The crowds, on the streets of Dallas, were warm
and friendly; waving and smiling, as the President
passed by. Nellie Connally said to the President,
“You can’t say Dallas doesn’t love you, Mr. Pres
ident.”
Senator Yarborough noted the same thing but said
it was a different story, if one looked at the faces,
in the upper floors of the buildings.
Kennedy was relaxed and seemed to be enjoying
the large crowds lining the streets.

While the car was nearly stopped below the
Grassy Knoll, Special Agent Clint Hill ran from
his position, on the running board of the following
car and climbed on to the back of the President’s
limousine. He helped Jackie Kennedy back into
the rear seat and covered her and the President
with his body.
The car, then, sped to Parkland Memorial Hospit
al, about four minutes away. Kennedy was still
breathing when he arrived at the Hospital, but
when the doctors, saw his head wound, they knew
he was dead. Still they did everything by the book
to keep him alive.
At 1:30pm, Kennedy’s Press Secretary, Malcolm
Kilduff, announced President Kennedy was dead.

Frances Newman: Eyewitness
Mr. Alford, the prosecutor:
Question:
Were you able to hear a third
shot?
Frances Newman: Answer:
Yes, sir, we heard a third
shot, it was a short time, not
maybe 10 or 12 seconds after
the first two shots.
Mr. Alford
Approximately, in feet, can
you estimate how far you were
from the Presidential lim
ousine at the time of the
third shot?
The Assassins
I doubt we’ll ever know, for certain, who pulled
the triggers, but James Brading, a Mafia man, was
arrested in the DalTex building immediately after
the shooting. Many researchers believe Howard
Hunt was the shooter in the sixth floor east
window. Others on the sixth floor were anti
Castro Cubans. The sniper on the Grassy Knoll
may have been a professional assassin named Lu
cien Sarti; hired by Carlos Marcello. And the
sniper in the overflow drain, I believe, was a US
army assassin.
In a statement to the FBI, Carlos Marcello, said, it
was he, who put out a contract on President
Kennedy. He had a motive and the means.
Following is the evidence describing how they
killed President Kennedy.
Frances Newman
We were approximately 10 feet.
The Presidential limousine was
directly in front of us. The
President was directly in
front of us but 10 feet out in
the street.
Mr. Alford
And were you able to observe
the effects of this shot then?
Francis Newman
Yes, sir, that shot, when it
happened, the President's car
was directly in front of
us.... ...he was shot in the
head, right at his ear or
right above his ear. ...His
head just seemed to explode,
just bits of his skull flew in
the air and he fell to the
side.
After announcing President Kennedy was dead, a
reporter asked where he was shot. Malcolm Kilduff made
the above gesture.

would have been relatively easy. I believe, the
shot from the Grassy Knoll hit first, knocking
Kennedy a few inches toward the center of the
car, just enough, so the shot from the DalTex

not on the left side—through his heart.

Kennedy was hit in the back and throat, almost
simultaneously, by shots, from the DalTex build

but carefully worked out beforehand. It would be
necessary, to have both bullets hit at the same

swer would be, the gunmen behind the car were
given orders not to hit the driver, the women or

close would have gone through Kennedy and hit
the driver. I believe the cartridges were short

Ambush in Dealey Plaza
James ‘Ike’ Altgens, photographer with Associated
Press, took this remarkable photo, as a reaction to
hearing the first or signal shot, which was over the
dense foliage of the Oak tree (1). The Abraham
Zapruter film and the acoustic tapes, from the open
microphone, on Officer McLain’s motorcycle, tell us,
shots were fired about 1.7 seconds after the first
shot. These two shots occurred, at almost the same
time, and would have sounded like one shot, to the
people around the limousine.
The spectators and Secret Service agents are
reacting to the first shot, but Kennedy has just been
hit in the throat and back by the second and third
shots. As one can see, the DalTex building (2) is an
excellent shooting position. We can see Kennedy’s
reaction to these bullets just above (4). The rearview
mirror is blocking his face, but we can see his arm is
up, with his hand under the mirror, and we can see
his forehead.
14
Connally is reacting to the first shot (3). We see his
head is turned to the right. He said he knew a shot
had been fired and turned to his right to see if the
President had been hit. Just above (5) we see Jackie
Kennedy’s hand under her husband’s wrist. A little
more than a second later, as Connally turned to his
left, to look at the President, he was hit in the back,
by a bullet from the Book Depository. That shot
would make it about 2.8 seconds after the first shot.
That’s about as fast as a bolt action rifle can be
cycled and still maintain the target.
About five seconds later, Clint Hill (6) jumped from
this position, and climbed on to the back of the
President’s limousine. Just before Clint Hill helps
Jackie Kenndy into the car, Bobby Hargis (7) is
splattered with Kennedy’s brains and blood.
Ambush in Dealey Plaza
Second crossfire, the first shot is from
the Grassy Knoll.
The acoustic evidence indicates the shots in this
zone were close together.
The first shot is from the Grassy Knoll. There’s no
evidence this bullet hit anything. We see, in frame
312 of the Zapruder film, Kennedy’s head is at
right angles to the Grassy Knoll. A bullet from
there would have come out the left side of his
head.
I believe, the sniper on the Grassy Knoll, deliber
ately missed President Kennedy to avoid hitting
Jackie Kennedy, who was very close to her hus
band. Look at her position in frame 312. It would
have been harrowing, even for a killer, to make
that shot. If the car were moving, even slowly, as
some suggest, he would have had to focus his
sights on Jackie Kennedy’s head.
The second shot is from the overflow
drain.
"I know he's dead. I saw his
head explode like a
firecracker. It was the worst
thing I've ever seen." Abraham
Zapruder
The second shot is from the overflow drain, at
frame 312 of A. Zapruder’s film, hitting Kennedy
in the right temple and killing him.
The objection to this shooting position has been,
no sniper would use a pistol and a rifle was too
long, to fit in the drain.
Tests show, bullets from the US military M–16 or
AR–15, do similar damage as frangible bullets,
and with the AR–15, an 11 or 14 inch barrel can
be fitted. They are both high velocity guns. (3200
feet per second) (See page 70 for a fuller
explanation.)
The third bullet hits Connally’s wrist.
Governor Connally was laying on his wife’s lap at
this time. The bullet came down into the car from
the west end of the Book Depository; determined
by the angle of the bullet through his wrist.
Arnold Rowland, saw a dark skinned man with a
rifle on the sixth floor, in the south west window.
Carolyn Walther saw two men , one holding a
rifle, in the same south west window.
How many shots were
there?
One hit the sidewalk. There’s a photograph of a
hole in the windshield and another dented the met John and Nellie
al trim around the windshield. One hit the Presid Connally
ent in the back. The Warren Commission Report
says one hit him in the back of the head, although,
there’s no credible evidence of this.
One hit Connally in the back, another hit him in
the wrist and leg. One hit Kennedy in the throat
from the front. A shot from the Grassy Knoll
missed. And the fatal shot came from the over
flow drain at the right, front of the limousine.
That’s nine without the rear head wound.
Both the Zapruder film and the acoustic evidence,
indicate, at least, six shots. Neither picked up the
muffled sound from the overflow drain. There are
other sounds on the tape that are probably gun
shots.
The Zapruder film records six jiggles. These are
involuntary reactions to the sound of gun fire.
Even, if one knows a gun is to be fired, the cam
era still records a jiggle.
The WC report states there were three shots.
Why choose the overflow drain?
Any sniper would chose this shooting position: the
shooter was completely hidden, the drain led to
nearby Trinity River, making a getaway easy, and
it conforms to the military principle–get close to
the target.
The Dallas police responded to a sighting, of a
man with a gun, near the Trinity river, where this
drain flowed to, right after the assassination.
This rough photo shows how exposed Kennedy was and the car’s
relationship to the curb.

three shots. The microphone on Officer Mclain’s
motorcycle, had been turned on about two minutes
before the shooting started.
The acoustic evidence indicates two shots oc
curred at, almost, the same time; about one and a
half seconds after the first or signal shot. This
would account for witnesses, close to the corner of
Houston and Elm Streets, saying they heard only
In this first ambush zone we need to account for
four shots: the signal shot, over the tree, that
wounded James Tague, the shot that hit Kennedy
in the throat, the shot that hit Kennedy in the back
and the shot that wounded Connally.
The first shot is the goahead signal.
This shot is from the sixth floor of the Book De
pository—an excellent position to see the motor
cade coming along Houston Street and the
security arrangements.
This bullet struck the sidewalk close to the Triple
Underpass, and wounded James Tague standing
near the bridge.
I took this frame from a film by M. Couch. He was riding in a press car
just behind Vice President Johnson. It was taken about 12 seconds
after the President was shot—the time it took the press car to drive
from Houston Street. The car is in, almost, the same position, as the
President’s limousine, when he was shot from this drain. Why is this

16
How else to explain a shot, blocked by the tree,
except, as a signal for the other shooters. This
sniper could have hit the car through the tree but
would that make sense? One can see how dense
the foliage on the Oak tree was in the Ike Altgens'
photo. He might have hit the President, but could,
just as well, have hit, Will Greer, the driver, Nel
lie Connally, Jackie Kennedy or Roy Kellerman.
This signal shot was for the primary snipers in the
DalTex building and on the Grassy Knoll.
By the time this shot was heard, it had already hit
the sidewalk and wounded James Tague. A high
velocity bullet travels at 3000 feet per second or
more. Sound travels at 1123 feet per second, de
pending somewhat on the air temperature.
On hearing this shot, Clint Hill, riding behind the
President, saw him raise his arms to the Thorburn
position, the reaction to a bullet strike from the
front. This shot, and the one that struck him in the
back, from the DalTex building, came 1.7
seconds after the signal shot.
The second shot was from the Grassy
Knoll.
The second and third shots were almost simultan
eous. The one from the Grassy Knoll was aimed at
Kennedy’s heart. A head shot, while the limousine
was moving, would not have been practicable. But
for a marksman, shooting from a distance of 20
30 yards, a miss of six inches is too much. I be
lieve, the bullet hit too high, because Kennedy in
Ambush in Dealey Plaza
stinctively ducked, on hearing the signal shot 1.7
seconds earlier.
The doctors at Parkland hospital, who saw the
wound in Kennedy’s throat, stated this wound was
about 4 to 5 mm wide, with rounded, inverted
edges—an entrance wound. A Carcano bullet is
6.5 mm. And it makes an exit wound about 10 mm
across.
just back from a hunting trip.
Officer Baker hears a shot from the
DalTex building.
Mr. Belin
What kind of a weapon did it
sound like it was coming from?
Mr. Baker
The third shot is from the DalTex
building.
It sounded to me like it was a
highpowered rifle.
One of the mysteries of the crime is the doctors
could not find the bullet that hit Kennedy in the
back; although, a number of doctors probed the
wound, and even, with a full body xray, the bullet
could not be found. It only went in two or three
inches. Did the bullet hit the heavy brace Kennedy
was wearing or was the cartridge loaded to avoid
going through his body and hitting the driver or
Nellie Connally?
Mr. Belin
Moments after the shooting, a member of the
Mafia, Jim Braden, was arrested on the third floor
of the DalTex building, trying to go down the
freight elevator. He was released a short time later.
The police said they did not recognize his name.
Three names associated with the shooting from the
DalTex building are: Johnny Rosselli, Charles
(Chuckie) Nicoletti and Eugene Brading, alias Jim
Braden. It could be, they were all there, as a team.
This shot, from the DalTex building, was meant
to go through Kennedy’s heart. I believe, it hit on
the right side of Kennedy’s spine because the shot
from the Grassy Knoll knocked Kennedy a few
inches toward the center of the car.
The evidence for a shot from the Dal
Tex building
All right. When you heard the
first shot or the first noise,
what did you do and what did
you see?
Mr. Baker
Well, to me, it sounded high
and I immediately kind of
looked up, and I had a feeling
that it came from the build
ing, either right in front of
me or of the one across to the
right of it.
Mr. Belin
What would the building right
in front of you be?
Why not shoot at the
President when the
limousine was coming
along Houston Street?
A lone assassin
probably would have,
but the people who
planned this crime,
were determined to
succeed and to get
away. They had to
plan on any one
location not being
available. The target
was also moving on
Houston for a gunman
in the Book Depository
but virtually stationary
for a shooter in the
DalTex building.
Mr. Baker
It would be this Book Deposit
ory Building.
Mr. Belin
That would be the building
located on what corner of Hou
ston and Elm?
The track of the bullet strike, in Kennedy’s back,
was slightly upward, according to Cyril Wecht,
former President of the American Academy of
Forensic Science and the HSCA medical panel.
The doctor doing the chest autopsy, also, noted
bruising on the top of his right lung. An examina
tion of autopsy photo F5 shows the bullet hole tun
neling up.
Mr. Baker
Officer Marion Baker, close to and facing the
Book Depository, said he heard a shot from his
right, indicating the DalTex building. Officer
Marion Baker was familiar with high powered
rifles and hearing the sound of these guns. He was
Mr. Baker
That would be the northwest

Mr. Belin
All right. And you thought it
was either from that building

On the northeast corner.
DalTex: the Ideal Sniper Position
The target would be about 4050 yards away and,
17
Ambush in Dealey Plaza
even though the car was moving, the target would
be virtually stationary. With echoes off the sur
rounding buildings, it would be difficult to tell
where the shot came from; allowing time for the
snipers to get away. This bullet struck Kennedy in
the back, about six inches down from the top of
his shirt collar and to the right of his spine. It pen
etrated only a few inches.
The fourth shot hit John Connally.
Only two shots were fired from the sixth floor,
east window of the Book Depository: the signal
shot and the shot that hit John Connally. The tim
ing of this shot, according to the acoustic tape,
was about 2.8 seconds after the signal shot and 1.1
seconds after the second and third shots. 2.8
seconds is about as fast as one can cycle a bolt ac
tion rifle and still maintain the target.
This bullet struck Connally in the back, close to
his shoulder and exited his right chest. We know it
came from the sixth floor of the Book Depository,
because of the angle of the bullet track, through
his body.
Many of the world's
best snipers and
marksmen have tried
to duplicate what the
Warren Commission
says Oswald did. The
military, in a number
of countries; including
Mexico, Russia, Israel
and the United States,
have set up the exact
position facing the
sniper. No one has
come close to making
the shots as stated in
the Warren
Commission report.
18
This would have been a difficult shot. The lim
ousine was traveling about 11 miles an hour and
moving somewhat across the shooters line of vis
ion. It was turning slightly and going down a
grade. The shooter had to wait, for the car to come
from behind the tree, before, he could train his
sights. This second shot, from the Book Deposit
ory, using a bolt action rifle, would require consid
erable skill.
Governor Connally would testify to the Warren
Commission: "I do not believe, nor will I ever
believe, that I was hit with the first bullet. I don't
believe that. I heard the first shot. I reacted to the
first shot and I was not hit with that bullet."
There is no evidence Oswald fired a rifle, after
leaving the Marines in 1959, and the only gun, he
fired in the army, was semiautomatic and, then,
only at stationary targets.
This shooter, also, had to take into consideration
Nellie Connally. To line up the rifle on Kennedy,
from the sniper’s window, after the limousine
cleared the tree, would be to see Nellie Connally
in his sights directly behind. This could have
caused him to alter his aim.
Or did the shooter think he was shooting at Senat
or Yarborough? Senator Yarborough was sup
posed to be in the jump seat. He was a long time
Kennedy supporter and, also, hated in Dallas. He
was replaced that morning by Governor Connally.
Johnson and Kennedy had a heated argument
about the change. But I think this sniper just
missed Kennedy because it was a difficult shot.
The Three Shots in the
Second Crossfire.
The first shot was from the Grassy
Knoll.
The acoustic evidence tells us where this shot ori
ginated to within a few feet. Among Conspiracy
Theorists, most, still believe, this shot killed
Kennedy. But the evidence tells us, the shot that
killed Kennedy, came from the overflow drain.
As mentioned before, this sniper could not make
his shot because Jackie Kennedy was too close to
her husband.
There’s no evidence the bullet fired from the
Grassy Knoll hit anything.
One of the FBI agents examining the crime scene,
picked up, what looked like a bullet, from the
grass, on the other side of the car from the Grassy
Knoll and put it in his pocket. It was never entered
as evidence.
The second shot is from the overflow
drain.

‘muscle reaction,’ or ‘jet

of the laws of physics, had ob

highvelocity bullet strikes
was commonplace.
Some of the supporters of the
Warren Commission...stated
that the bullet came from the
rear because the eruption of
brain matter and blood came
out of the front of the Presid
ent’s skull. I saw something
else. In a head shot, the exit
wound, due to the buildup of
hydrostatic pressure, explodes
in a conical formation in the
downrange direction of the
bullet.
Yet in the Zapruder film, I
could plainly see that the
eruption was not a conical
shape to the front of the
limo, but instead was an explo
sion that cast fragments both
up and down in a vertical
plane, and side to side in a
horizontal plane. There was
only one explanation for this:
an exploding or ‘frangible’
bullet. Such a round explodes
on impact–in exactly the man
ner depicted in the film.
The vicious force of the fran
gible round sent flesh and
bone particles flying in a
variety of directions, includ
ing back onto the trunk of the
car, as Jacqueline Kennedy
seated to the President's
left–immediately noticed.
The First Lady crawled onto
the trunk of the Lincoln to re
trieve a piece of her hus
band's skull, Secret Service
agent Clint Hill later testi
fied”.
Corroborating Evidence
Clint Hill and Charles Brehm heard a muffled
sound, at the time Kennedy was hit in the head.
Those in the motorcade and on the overpass,
smelled gun smoke, Motorcyclist Bobby Hargis,
who along with his partner, were riding near the
left rear of the limousine were splattered with
Kennedy’s brains and blood.
If one draws a line connecting the entrance wound
in his right temple and the center of the known
exit wound, the line would point at the overflow
drain, located on the right side of the limousine
and to the front.
A high velocity bullet strikes skull
bone.
Those, who claim the bullet came from behind,
tell us, what we see on the film, is a neurological
reaction. How is that possible, as the cerebellum
part of his brain was destroyed.
Instead of what one would expect to see, when a
bullet strikes skull bone, the Warren Commission
supporters say, the head movement was caused by
the jet effect.
They must, also, be saying this jet effect is ran
dom. His head, as seen in the film, goes, up, back
and to the left. The Warren Commission tells us
the bullet came from the right and above.
It’s, also, claimed Kennedy’s head movement, is
caused by the above, plus Jackie Kennedy pulling
her husband back, at the same time, the driver
stepped on the gas. No comment.
Officer B. Hargis sees the ejecta.
Motorcycle Officer Bobby Hargis, riding just be
hind the left rear wheel of the President’s car, de
scribes seeing the ejecta, from the President’s
head, arcing up. "I saw the President's head ex
plode. Then, I felt something hit me, which could
have been concrete. I thought, at first, I might
have been hit." The right side of Hargis' safety
helmet, his face and his uniform were splattered
with blood and pieces of the President's head. It,
also, splattered over his partner and the windshield
of the following car. He said the limousine was
stopped at the time.
Charles Brehm
World War Two veteran, Charles Brehm, said
right after the assassination, while he was still in
Dealey Plaza, "the shots seemed to come from in
front of or beside the President". Later, he said he
saw something fly off behind the President when
the bullet struck. He said he heard another shot
after the President was hit in the head. (This bullet
19
Ambush in Dealey Plaza
hit John Connally in the wrist and was from the
west window of the Book Depository.)
His November 22 affidavit has disappeared.
The Third Shot
This bullet hit Connally in the wrist and leg at
frame 325 of Abraham Zapruder's film.The bullet
came down into the limousine as the Governor lay
on his wife's lap. Two witnesses saw men in the
west window of the Book Depository. There is no
other position to account for the bullet track. This
bullet shattered on impact with Connally's wrist
and a fragment lodged in his leg.
A body brace held Kennedy upright.
But, even, with all the planning that went into this
assassination, the killers needed luck. A few
weeks before the shooting, Kennedy injured his
back, reaching for one of the girls, who shared his
noon time swim, at the White House. He had to
wear a body brace from his shoulders to his hips.
This brace held him in a sitting position, after the
first two bullets struck him; instead of allowing
him to fall to the floor of the car. These two bullet
wounds were not fatal and he would have re
covered from them. The brace, holding him up,
made him a target, for the shooter in the overflow
drain.
Why Dealey Plaza?
Dealey Plaza was carefully chosen so the bullets
would not hit anyone except the President or one
of his main allies in the jump seat. Shooting down
into the limousine from the Book Depository,
would avoid hitting anyone except the target, as
would bullets from the Grassy Knoll and the
overflow drain. Shooting from the DalTex
building was more tricky. A high powered bullet
from there would have tracked through Kennedy
and likely killed the driver as well. They solved
this by short loading the cartridges, so they would
not have the power, to go through a body, only,
into it. The bullets that just dented the trim around
the windshield and the bullet that, only, tracked
into Kennedy's body two or three inches were the
result of this short loading.
Bullets were flying.
Clint Hill, the Secret Service agent assigned to
Jackie Kennedy, jumped off the following car and
ran to the President’s limousine. He climbed on
the back and helped Mrs. Kennedy back into the
car.
20
“I jumped onto the left rear
step of the Presidential auto
mobile. Mrs. Kennedy shouted,
’They've shot his head off,’
then (she)turned and raised
out of her seat, as if she
were reaching to her right
rear toward the back of the
car for something that had
blown out.
I forced her back into her
seat and placed my body above
the President and Mrs.
Kennedy. Special Agent Greer
had, as I jumped onto the
Presidential automobile, ac
celerated the Presidential
automobile forward. I heard
agent Kellerman call Special
Agent Lawson on the twoway
radio and say, “To the nearest
hospital, quick.” I shouted as
loud as I could at the Lead
car, “To the hospital, to the
hospital.”
The limousine, then, sped to Parkland Memorial
Hospital about four minutes away.
Witnesses describe Kennedy’s
wounds.
Twentysix doctors, nurses, attendants, newsmen,
journalists, secret service agents, Senator Yarbor
ough, Jackie Kennedy, Clint Hill and everyone
else, who saw the President’s head wound, de
scribe it, as a large exit wound in the back of his
head. Some said the wound was about the size of
a grapefruit. One newsman describes, what he
saw, as the back of the President’s head blown
off.
The FBI photo is a fraud.
The photo, released by the FBI, of the back of
Kennedy’s head, showing a small entrance
wound, is a fraud. Not one witness at the hospital
or the autopsy saw that wound. Every doctor,
nurse, attendant; every member of the motorcade
and all the newsmen and reporters who saw the
President’s head wound, describe it as the back of
his head blown away—a massive exit wound.
Even those at the autopsy, did not see the wound
in this photo.
Ambush in Dealey Plaza
The doctors describe the throat
wound.
The doctors at Parkland Memorial Hospital, who
saw the wound in Kennedy’s throat, describe it, as
an entrance wound about four or five millimeters
across.The Carcano leaves a 10mm exit wound.
Dr. Crenshaw, the resident physician at Parkland
Memorial Hospital, who worked on Kennedy, said
in his book; the wound he saw in Kennedy’s throat
was an entrance wound, as was the wound in his
right temple.
Story Changed by FBI
Dallas News Herald journalist, Connie Kritzberg,
interviewed Drs. Malcolm Perry and Kemp Clark,
later in the afternoon of November 22nd. Her
notes and recollections have Dr. Perry referring to
the front throat wound as a wound of entrance. He
was the doctor who cut through the wound to
insert a tube. He said three times, that afternoon,
the throat wound was an entrance wound. He,
also, said the next day, officials harassed him all
night long to change his observations, and make
the throat wound an exit wound. She, then, wrote
the story of the interviews and the observations of
the doctors. When the story appeared, less than 24
hours after the assassination, she was astonished to
see the following line inserted into her story:
"A doctor admitted it was possible there was only
one shot."
Kritzberg, flabbergasted, since she had written no
such line, contacted one of the Herald's editors to
determine who was responsible for adding the
line, and, thus, changing the entire nature of the
doctor's observations. The FBI, she was told.

Trauma Room One
Let me digress here a little: up to 1992, when Dr.
Crenshaw wrote his book, TRAUMA ROOM ONE,
the doctors, who worked on Kennedy, at Parkland
Hospital, were aware their medical careers would
be jeopardized, if they spoke out, on what they
saw at the hospital.
Now, all the doctors, when asked about the head
Most images of this famous photo by Mary Mooreman,
have the back of Kennedy’s head blacked out. This
photo would correspond to frame 313 of Abraham
Zupruder’s film. It was taken the instant the bullet passed
through his head —even before his head could react to
the massive force of the bullet strike. (See Tom Wilson's
analysis of this photo on Youtube.)
wound, place their open hand on the back of their
head and describe this wound as a massive exit
wound.
A bullet in the back of the neck must
hit something.
Dr. Mantik has demonstrated a bullet striking the
back of the neck, where the WC says, could not
go through his neck without striking a bony struc
ture.
Dr. Crenshaw, the resident physician,
in Trauma Room One, where Kennedy was taken,
said the wounds in Kennedy’s temple and throat
were entrance wounds.
They lied to us.
Most people believe Lee Oswald shot President
Kennedy. That is not true.
He was killed by Carlos Marcello and other mem
bers of the Mafia, anti Castro Cubans, rogue ele
ments of the CIA and, I believe, an army assassin.
The Warren Commission Report, all the books,
videos and computer simulations, saying Oswald
shot President Kennedy, are based on a bullet,
tracking through Kennedy and wounding Con
So let us begin anew—remembering on both sides that civility is not
a sign of weakness, and sincerity is always subject to proof. Let us
never negotiate out of fear. But let us never fear to negotiate.

The white line is the path, I thought the bullet took, based on a number
of factors. But, I, now, believe, the white cluster of pixels on his temple
is the entrance wound and the dome like shape of pixels on the back
of his head is the first sign of the exit wound. This would make the
shooter even closer than the white line indicates. Does this frame
really show the instant the bullet strikes the President?
A world class marksman looked at the
window and he said he knew right away
Oswald was not the assassin. Look over the
tree and see how small the target would have
been. At this time Kennedy would have been
leaning toward the center of the limousine
and Nellie Connally would have been directly
behind him. Other complications: the lim
ousine was travelling about 12 miles an hour,
it was going down a grade and turning a bit.
In other words an enormously difficult shot.
The bullet from the Grassy Knoll, hits Kennedy in the throat, but misses vital
organs. The shot was meant to hit six inches lower—through his heart.
nally. That did not happen. Gerald Ford was con
fronted on July 3, 1997 with a document released
by the ARRB, that showed he moved the bullet
hole from five inches down Kennedy’s back, to
the base of his neck, to account for Connally’s
wounds. He said he was only clarifying the text.
It’s hard to think a Chief Justice of the Supreme
Court, The President, a future president, the head
of the FBI, a recent head of the CIA, and many
members of the inner circle of government, lied to
us.
But they did.

She’s reaching for a piece of her husband’s

Ambush in Dealey Plaza
The limousine was stopped.
Ike Altgens took this
photo about four
seconds after the fatal
shot. One can see, if
Clint Hill had been four
or five seconds
sooner, he would have
been knocked off the
car and perhaps
seriously wounded,
from bullet fragments
exiting Kennedy's
head. (Someone made
the black mark on the
leading car by remov
ing the licence plate
number.)
From an analysis of Maria Muchmore’s film,
we can see this picture, by Ike Altgens, was
taken just as the front wheels of the limousine
were level with the overflow drain. The drain
is just in front of the light pole—directly
behind Jackie Kennedy’s head. She is looking
right at the drain. She must have instinctively
understood where the shot came from. Did
she see something moving there? She does
not remember crawling on to the back of the
car.
The path of the bullet through Kennedy’s
head, tells us within a few feet of where the
drain was when the shot was fired.
We can see from the Zapruder film it took
about four seconds for Jackie Kennedy to
reach this position after her husband was
shot.
This frame was taken from a government
film, showing the position of the limousine,
after each shot from the Book Depository,
according to the Warren Commission. The
overflow drain is just in front of the light pole
to the right of the car. When the limousine
stopped or slowed, the sniper had a fairly
easy shot, from this drain. This photo, also,
shows how difficult it would have been to hit Jackie Kennedy, July
the President from this shooting position. FBI 28, 1929May 19, 1994,
tests on the Carcano showed it was inaccur age 64
ate after 15 yards.
If this car position is correct, then the position I
have the limousie in the second ambush, should
be closer to the stairs.
23
Ambush in Dealey Plaza
Shooting from the drain, at this time, with the
car in this position, gives the sniper the best
angle to Kennedy. The limousine now starts
to turn toward the drain.
This is not the main sniping position. The
planners thought Kennedy would be killed in
the first ambush zone. They would not have
counted on Kennedy being held up by the
back brace he was wearing.
This frame, I took from Maria Muchmoore’s
film, and correspondes to frame 312 of Abra
ham Zapruder’s film and Mary Mooreman’s
photo on page 21. We can see a mist in front
of Kennedy’s head and a light coloring on the
back of his head, in the same position, as the
exit wound in Mary Mooreman’s photo.
The motorcyclists have their heads up look
ing in the direction of Kennedy. Mary Moore
man, in the black coat, has just taken the
photo on page13.
As dramatic a picture as one is likely to see.
The President has just been shot through the
head. The two motorcyclists have dropped
their heads, in response to just having been
splattered with Kennedy’s blood and brains.
The spectator on the stairs reacts to the shot.
Clint Hill is desperately trying to reach the
limousine. The car behind and the motorcyc
lists have been taken by surprise, by the sud
den, rapid, slowing, of the President’s
limousine.
In fact, it looks like the car behind has
bumped into the Presidents’s limousine.
From the position of the front wheel, the
driver may have tried to swerve around the
limousine.
Clint Hill is not running but telling the car
behind to back off. We can see, if he had
have been a few seconds sooner, he would
have been in the line of fire and knocked off
the car.
The limousine accelerates, quickly, now,
headed for Parkland Hospital, about four
minutes away, but the President is dead.

Arlen Specter, then a junior counselor to the Warren Commission, uses a pointer here to exhibit the path
the "magic bullet" would have had to have taken in order to account for all the wounds with only two
shots.
Since the larger circular patch visible below his left hand indicates the back shot, a photo intended to
illustrate the theory, actually refutes it.

Killing Officer Tippit
The only labels we know are true, in this illustration, are
the ones stating Oswald stopped at his rooming house
and where he was captured. But this photo does give one
a perspective of where the events occurred.
No one disputes Oswald arrived at his rooming house at
1pm or a little after and left about four minutes later. The
police claimed Officer Tippit was killed around 1:16pm.
That has been proved to be a fraud. The FBI took the
tapes, of reports to the dispatcher, and made a copy. In
vestigators found two 60 cycle humms on the tape. That’s
a giveaway the tape was altered. Eye witnesses put the
time of the murder at 1:06pm. It’s a vexing problem for the
‘Lone Gunman’ supporters to show how Oswald got to the
crime scene in a couple of minutes. Where Officer Tippit
was killed, is a mile and a tenth from Oswald’s rooming
house. It would take about a 20 minute brisk walk to go
that distance.
The Dallas Police tell us Oswald left the shells from his re
volver and his jacket at the scene of the crime, and to
make sure the police and the FBI had enough good evid
ence, it seems he left his wallet as well.

Killing Officer Tippit
KILLING OFFICER J.D.TIPPIT
Did Oswald kill Officer Tippit?
Witnesses describe the
crime.
Jack Ray Tatum
He was at the corner of Patton and East Tenth in
his car. He watched Tippit being shot. He says
Tippit got out of his car with his gun drawn and
started to go to the front of the car. The killer then
shot him three times and walked over to the fallen
Tippit and shot him in the head.
Helen Markham
She was standing right next to Tatum's car at
Patton and Tenth. She saw a man walking toward
the police car and then stop and walk over to the
car and chat with Tippit for awhile. He, then,
stepped back from the car and Tippit got out of
the car with his gun drawn. At that point, the man
near the car shot him. Then she saw the gunman
dropping shells and come toward her and turn
south along Patton.
Domingo Benavides
He was driving his truck west along East Tenth
street. Tippit's car was facing east and he saw him
get out of his car and then was shot by a man on
the curb side of the car. He drove his truck to the
curb and stopped. He saw the gunman remove the
shells from his gun and drop them as he moved
toward Patton. Then, he fell down into the
floorboards of his truck for a few minutes fearing
the gunman would come back to kill him.
Although, Benavides was the closest to the killer,
the police did not have him view a lineup with
Oswald. He was shown a picture of Oswald and
said he thought he was the killer but he has said
other things that leave doubt.
Acquilla Clemons
She lived close by and said she saw two gunmen
close to Tippit's car after the shooting. They ran in
opposite directions after the shooting. She
describes the two men: neither matches Oswald.
Her testimony was not included in the Warren
Commission Report.
Frank Wright
He lived near by and came out of his house right
after he heard shots. He said he saw a man in a
long coat standing by the fallen Tippit, and, then,
this man ran to a car, which quickly drove away.
His observations were not included in the report.
Tippit's Wounds
The shooter on the curb side of the car was an
excellent shot. Although, Tippit was moving, he
placed three shots in Tippit's chest, likely killing
him instantly. Neither Domingo Benavides or
Helen Markham saw this man shoot Tippit in the
head. Benavides said he ducked down on the
floor boards of his truck and Helen Markham
may have been looking at the shooter coming
toward her and therefore not see the second
shooter. But there is a bullet hole in Tippit's right
temple, as if the shooter stood over him making
sure he was dead.
Dallas Police Officer J.D.
Tippit was killed around
1:06pm, about 20
minutes before they
announced President
Kennedy had died.
Why was Officer Tippit Killed?
The suspicious actions of Officer Tippit, just
before he was killed, leads one to believe he was
involved with the crime.
Why was he on East Tenth Street, in the area
where both Oswald and Ruby lived? This was
District 91: Tippit's District was 78. All patrol
cars in 91 were ordered to Dealey Plaza or
Parkland Hospital.
The three supervisors responsible for the patrol
cars had no explanation why Tippit was in 91.
Officer Mentzel was already covering this
district. They did not come up with anything until
four months later, an explanation that has been

take to get to the theater, to go to East Tenth
Street?
Officer Tippit knew Jack Ruby and there's
evidence he knew Oswald as well. It's, also,
reported he was involved with the Mafia.
Jim Garrison believes Officer Tippit was, also, set
up like Oswald; the plotter's method of making a
connection to Oswald, or his lookalike, going
into the Texas Theater. Why would anyone notice
a guy going into the show except that everyone, in
that area, would, now, be a suspect if they at all
looked like Oswald?
I believe, we can infer from his actions, just prior
to his being killed, Officer Tippit was involved
with the crime.
Oswald killed Tippit: The
Warren Commission
The WC said Oswald left his rooming house at
1026 N. Beckley and walked south along Beckley
towards the theater. For some reason, he turned
east along Davis and, then, along Crawford and,
then, east along East Tenth Street; where he was
confronted by Tippit and shot him. He, then, ran
along Patton to Jefferson, and, then, to the Texas
theater, where he was captured.
Oswald was seen standing on Beckley, in front of
his rooming house, at that time. A walk, timed by
a WC investigator, found it would have taken
Oswald almost 18 minutes to get to the crime
scene. That would make his arrival at the scene
near 1:24. This time is based on Oswald walking
east along E. Tenth street toward Tippit's car, as
reported by the WC. Five witnesses and the
official Dallas police report, have him walking
west.
The time, the WC gave for the shooting of Tippit,
is 1:15. This time is based on Benavides calling
the dispatcher right after he witnessed the
shooting. He said three times he ducked down on
the floor boards of his truck for a few minutes.
Even his WC transcript states that. They took
Tippit to Memorial Hospital about a mile and a
half north of the crime scene. On arriving, the
doctors tried to revive him, which is standard
procedure. Doctor Ligdori declared Tippit dead,
on the death certificate, at 1:15. The WC stated
they used the DPD tape to work out the time of
Tippit's death. They could not let the time of 1:06
stand as that would prove Oswald did not kill
Officer Tippit.
The WCs description does not explain the facts
and is not in anyway believable.
Both Helen Markham and Domingo Benavides
saw the killer pause after shooting Tippit and take
the empty shell casings from his revolver and
drop them on the ground. The gun has to be
broken open and the casings taken out. The
casings are first class evidence. They can put the
gun owner at the scene of the crime. They expect
us to believe Oswald would deliberately leave this
evidence at the crime scene and, also, keep his
gun so he can be linked to the murder.
Witnesses
The Jacket
The report tells us Oswald left his rooming house
around 1:041:06pm and walked to the place
where he shot Tippit at 1:15. The vexing problem
for the WC is getting Oswald to the crime scene
in time. No one saw Oswald walking anywhere in
this heavily populated area of Oak Cliff.
They would, also, have us believe, he would take
off his jacket and leave it at the crime scene. He
put on his jacket to cover the gun. But, now,
although, he still kept the gun, it seems he did not
need to hide it. The jacket the police said they
found was size medium. All Oswald's clothing
were small size. The jacket had two laundry tags,
yet the FBI could not match either tag to any of
the several hundred commercial laundries in the
Dallas area. No other clothing of Oswald's was
taken to a laundry. Marina said she washed her
husband's jacket.
The DP say they collected the following evidence:
a revolver found on Oswald, shell casings that
matched the gun, Oswald's jacket and also his
wallet. They, also, have a number of witnesses
that identified Oswald as the shooter.
The affidavit by Helen Markham, 90 minutes after
Tippit was shot, times the murder at 1:06pm. She
said she left her house at 1:04. It's a two minute
walk to where she witnessed Tippit being killed.
T. F. Bowley's affidavit corroborates Helen
Markham's story to the minute. He looked at his
watch when he stopped his car at the crime scene.
It was 1:10. Benavides' statement tells us, the
crime was committed a few minutes before that
time, putting the time of the shooting at 1:06.
The Wallet
FBI, Special Agent, James Hosty, claims Captain
Westbrook found Oswald's wallet near Officer
29
Killing Officer Tippit
Tippit's body. It was photographed by Ron
Reiland of WFAATV, as it was held by Sgt. Bud
Owens, and inspected by Officer Doughty. FBI
Agent, Bob Barrett, spoke to Dallas Police
Captain Westbrook about the wallet and the
Oswald/Hidell identifications. Oswald's wallet
was, also, found on him a short time later, in his
left rear pocket by Detective Paul Bentley, at the
theater, when he was arrested. It was, also,
reported found at his rooming house.
Apparently, Oswald was in the habit of carrying
incriminating evidence in his wallet. The police
said they found a fake ID card in the name of A.
Hidell and papers proving he was a Communist in
his wallet. This was not mentioned in police
reports for many days after the crime.
If the Hidell card was in Oswald's wallet, how did
Detective Bentley determine which ID was the
right one?
Hosty and Oswald
Agent Hosty was the ranking FBI agent in Dallas
at this time, and had a relationship with Oswald.
Just before the assassination, Oswald left a note
for Hosty. After the crime Hosty flushed this note
down the toilet. Many think Oswald had given
Hosty information about the plot. Hosty, also,
released the 'tramps', found in a box car directly
behind the Grassy Knoll, immediately, after the
shooting, without taking their names. It's likely he
was the one who released Eugene Bradings, a
Mafia thug arrested immediately after the
shooting, in the DalTex building. He was trying
to get down the freight elevator. Hosty was up to
his neck in this crime.
Shell Casings and Slugs
The police gathered four shell casings at the crime
scene. They tell us, two were Winchester
Westerns and two RemingtonPeters. Three slugs
from Tippit's body were RemingtonPeters and
one was a Winchester Western. This makes sense,
as both Benavides and Markham said they heard
three shots, and three bullets did hit Tippit in the
front chest. This is strong evidence there were two
shooters at the crime scene as reported by Aquilla
Clemons, Frank Wright and Jack Tatum. Test
firings from the pistol, they say is Oswald's, show
the barrel was oversize, and the test slugs could
not be identified as coming from the gun.
Officer J.M. Poe received two casings from
30
Domingo Benavides and he marked them, as he
was told to do, by Sergeant Gerald Hill. The
shells, the Commission showed him later, did not
have his markings. Sergeant W. E. Barnes marked
the other two shell casings.
Police Sergeant Gerald Hill, radioed the
dispatcher at 1:32, from the crime scene, "The
shells at the scene indicate that the suspect is
armed with an automatic .38 rather than a pistol".
Officer Hill said the word, 'auto', was printed on
the bottom of the casing he had. This casing
would have been ejected automatically if the gun
were an automatic. The gun, they say they found
on Oswald, was a revolver. One has to
deliberately take the casings out of a revolver.
Most of this information I got from the work of
Michael T. Griffith, the best commentator on the
killing of Tippit and Kennedy.
Fingerprints
Helen Markham said the killer put his hand on the
door and the right fender of Tippit's car. The
prints collected by the crime lab do not match
Oswald's.
How Tippit was killed.
Tippit was sent to East Tenth Street by the
dispatcher to check out a sighting of Oswald. The
impersonator was walking west along East Tenth
Street, toward the car, and walked over to Tippit's
car when he stopped. Oswald could not possibly
have been where Tippit was shot, but too many
witnesses said they saw Oswald at the crime scene
to ignore or try to explain away. I believe a
reasonable explanation is that an Oswald looka
like killed Tippit. Although, even with this
explanation, there are variances in the description
of the killer.
The Look–a–like
There were many instances of an Oswald look
alike impersonating him before and after the
crimes. J.Edgar Hoover noted on Oswald's file in
1960, that someone was using Oswald's birth
certificate to impersonate him. Many witnesses
saw someone who looked like Oswald that day.
Roger Craig and Mrs. James Forrest saw a man,
they said was Oswald, run from the Book
Depository and get into a Rambler Station Wagon.
At that time, Oswald was in a taxi heading to his
rooming house.
Killing Officer Tippit
Bernard Haire, who owned Bernie's Hobby Shop
near the Texas Theater, saw the police take a man,
who looked like Oswald, out the rear of the
theater, put him in a police car and drive off. At
2:00pm, T.F. White saw a man, he identified as
Oswald, sitting in a car near the Texas theater.
This man sped off when T.F. White approached,
but he did get the license number, which proved to
be from a car owned by Tippit's best friend. While
Oswald was in jail, Mary Lawrence, head waitress
at the Lucas B&B Restaurant, told the FBI she saw
Ruby with Oswald in the restaurant at 1:00am
Nov. 23. She had known Ruby for eight years. Mr.
Stark, owner of the Top Ten Record Shop, said
Oswald was waiting for him to open his shop, on
the morning of the killing, and he bought a concert
ticket. The photo, the police say, is Oswald being
taken from the theater, I believe, is the impostor.
His chin looks deliberately blacked out. And see,
the photo of the impostor on page 38, in the police
station. Oswald was, also, seen at Dobbs House
Restaurant and the Jiffy store that day and by Mr.
Clark and W.L. Smith.
The FBI interviewed many people who placed
Oswald in different places at the same time.
Nearly all of these interviews were suppressed.
Dallas Police Lt. Jack Revill, told fellow officers,
the FBI was suppressing a lot of evidence. FBI
officials commented on how unusual the
investigation was, because no agent was allowed
to pursue any kind of lead to it's logical
conclusion. Many witnesses claimed the FBI
pressured them to change their stories if they
contradicted the Lone Gunman Theory. They also
said their statements were misrepresented and that
only selected parts were used.
An Excellent Shot.
Tippit did not draw his gun at the confrontation on
East Tenth Street. Did he know the man he
confronted? They did talk for a while. I think this
impersonator, then, told Tippit he was going to kill
him, and that's why Tippit got out of the car with
his gun drawn. This shooter was an excellent shot
and the shots he made would have required
considerable skill. He put three bullets close to
Tippit's heart while Tippit was moving. There's no
evidence Oswald had ever fired a pistol. Oswald's
gun was not tested to see if had been fired that
day. These three bullets were the three Remington
Peters slugs found in Tippit. I believe the other
shooter was a Mafia man. He used a .38 automatic,
and he was the one Tatum saw shoot Tippit in the
head as Mafia killers do. This man ran to a car and
left the scene as described by Frank Wright. The
lookalike took the empty shell casings from his
gun and left them at the scene. He, then, ran to
Patton Street and then to the theater. He was seen
there by B.Haire and T.F. White.
T. F. Bowley arrives at 1:10.
Mr. T. F. Bowley checked his watch; it was 1:10,
when he arrived at the crime scene. He walked
across the road, saw Officer Tippit was dead, saw
Benavides was having trouble with the radio, and
took it from him, to complete the call. An original
police transcript, found in the National Archives,
lists the time of this transmission at 1:10.
The following affidavit by T.F. Bowley and Helen
Markham's affidavit, 90 minutes after Tippit was
shot, prove the real Oswald did not kill Tippit.

pm. I then left the school to
pick up my wife who was at
work at the Telephone Company
at Ninth Street and Zangs
Street. I was headed north on
Marsalis and turned west on
10th Street. I traveled about
a block and noticed a Dallas
police squad car stopped in
the traffic lane headed east
on 10th Street. I saw a police
officer lying next to the left
front wheel. I stopped my car
and got out to go to the
scene.

Killing Officer Tippit
I looked at my watch and it
said 1:10 pm. Several people
were at the scene.
When I got there, the first
thing I did was try to help
the officer. He appeared bey
ond help to me. A man was try
ing to use the radio in the
squad car but stated he didn’t
know how to operate it. I know
how and took the radio from
him. I said, “Hello, operator.
A police officer has been shot
here.” The dispatcher asked
for the location. I found out
the location and told the dis
patcher what it was.
A few minutes later an ambu
lance came to the scene. I
helped load the officer onto
the stretcher and into the am
bulance. As we picked the of
ficer up, I noticed his pistol
laying on the ground under
him. Someone picked the pistol
up and laid it on the hood of
the squad car.
When the ambulance left, I
took the gun and put it inside
the squad car. A man took the
pistol out and said, “Let’s
catch him.” He opened the cyl
inder, and I saw that no
rounds in it had been fired.
This man then took the pistol
with him and got into a cab
and drove off. The police ar
rived and I talked to a police
sergeant at the scene. I told
him I did not witness the
shooting and after questioning
me, he said it was all right
for me to leave. I then went
on to the Telephone Company
office at Ninth and Zangs.

Oswald Captured
The Texas Theater Trap
There were so many strange and suspicious
goings on, in and around the theater, one is
compelled to believe they set a trap for Oswald.
I'm basing the following story on the belief
Oswald did not kill Tippit, because he could not
get to the crime scene in time. Three eye
witnesses put the time of the killing at 1:06pm and
two place him at the theater between 1:07 and
1:15.
Oswald at his Rooming House
Earlene Roberts, Oswald's house keeper, says
Oswald arrived at 1pm, or just after, and stayed
only, long enough to change out of his work
clothes. By this time, he must have known he was
in trouble, so, he, also, took a revolver and a
jacket to cover it. As Oswald was involved with
the CIA and the FBI, and was a Marxist and had
lived in Russia for three years, he instinctively felt
he needed personal protection. He would have
needed the jacket to cover the concealed gun,
which begs the question; why would he throw his
jacket away, as the Dallas police said, and keep
the gun if he shot Tippit? Now, he would have to
walk around with an unconcealed gun.
Press conference, in which Oswald said he did not shoot anyone and
requested a lawyer. Captain Fritz and the FBI questioned Oswald for
12 hours without a lawyer, although he requested one. He talked freely
as an innocent person would.

According to Earlene Roberts, just after Oswald
arrived, a police car stopped in front of the house,
and sounded the horn twice. Oswald left right
Killing Officer Tippit
after this signal.
Earlene Roberts said, the last time she saw
Oswald, he was standing at the bus stop, which
must have been around 1:041:06.
Was Oswald driven to the theater?
Jack Davis said, he saw Oswald at the theater
around 1:07, while the credits were running for the
first movie. This time would make sense, if the
person or persons, who signaled Oswald by
sounding the horn, also, took him to the theater.
The theater is about a mile from the rooming
house—about a two minute drive at 30 miles an
hour. There's no evidence he took a bus or taxi, so
he was driven there. He did not have time to walk.
Making Contact
Jack Davis tells us, while the credits for the first
movie were running, a man sat next to him, which
he thought strange, as there were only about 20
people in the theater, which holds 900. After a few
minutes, the man got up, crossed the aisle, and sat
beside another man. He did this a number of
times. After a few minutes, he got up, again, and
went to the lobby. Some minutes later, the lights
came on, and he went to the lobby to see why.
Just, then, the police came through the front door.
The man they brought out was the man who sat
beside him—Lee Oswald.
Was Oswald told by the agent(s) there would be
someone to meet him in the theater? Sitting next
to various people, would have been a way to make
contact with someone he did not know.
Butch Burroughs, also, said he saw Oswald, when
he came to the concession stand about 1:15, which
corroborates Jack Davis' story.
Some, of the twenty four theater patrons, would
have remembered Oswald, as well, but the list of
their names and addresses, taken by the Dallas
Police, disappeared.
They surrounded the theater.
How did 13 police cars get to the theater so fast
based on a possible sighting of Oswald? Why did
Assistant District Attorney Alexander, who had
never been at an arrest before, show up for a
report someone who had not paid for his ticket?
Why were he and a number of police officers
waiting at the back door of the theater? Jim
Garrison thought Oswald was supposed to have
been killed at the theater. How did someone,
sitting in the front row of the darkened theater,
Jim Garrison District Attorney, New Orleans. An American Hero. He
believed the Constitution was the basis of the best system in the world
and that the average American believed in the rule of law and justice
for everyone. He was depicted in the Oliver Stone movie, JFK, by
Kevin Costner. Members of the CIA, FBI and the media, in general,
demonized and ridiculed him. He was the first to show the Abraham
Zapruder film of the assassination of President Kennedy. There are
always great men come to the fore in American history and he was one
of them.
know, exactly, where Oswald was sitting and told
this to Officer N. McDonald, who had started to
search the theater? This story was told, by Officer
McDonald to reporter Sylvia Meagher, and
reported in The Dallas Morning News the next
day, signed by Officer McDonald.
They knew his name.
An officer knew Oswald's name before this. He
said Oswald's name, to Julia Postal, as they took
Oswald out the front of the theatre. They knew
Oswald's name before they entered the theater.
A Disturbing Connection
The Warren Commission told us Oswald was at
police headquarters by 2:00 pm. But shortly after
2:00 pm, Mr. T.F. White, saw a man he later iden
tified, as Lee Harvey Oswald, sitting in a car, with
the engine running, behind a large billboard sign
in the El Chico parking lot. This was six blocks
from the Texas Theater. As White approached the
car, the man sped off throwing gravel with his
rear tires. The license plate, whose number White
wrote down, belonged to a vehicle owned by,
Collins Radio employee, Carl Mather. Mather was
the best friend of Dallas Police Officer J.D. Tip
pit. He was granted immunity when interviewed
by the HSCA. His interview remains classified

Why was this photo cropped so close? By all accounts there were scores of
people at the front of the theater when they brought Oswald out. Why can't we
get a good look, at the person the police say is Oswald, especially his chin,
which seems to be deliberately blocked out with a rectangular shadow?
