Funeral and Graveside Services
The packages below are offered as package prices. Any changes to packages will result in itemized pricing of
all items and NO package discount will be applied. All packages are offered to those who select a casket from
Nyman Funeral Home. If a casket is purchased from an alternate provider, NO package discount will be applied,
resulting in itemized pricing of all items. We welcome everyone. You are not limited to these packages options,
you are welcome to itemize services in order to select only those that are right for you. These packages
DO NOT include caskets or containers required for viewing or visitations, burial, entombment, or cremation
unless listed in the package specifically. Utah Sales Tax will be added to all applicable items.
No allowance will be given on items not used.
Presidential Full Funeral Service .................................................................. $7,995*

Services of full funeral staff and director, transfer of remains to funeral home (within 35
miles), embalming, other preparation of the body, use of facilities to shelter the body, use of

hearse, family car/limousine, flower car (with 35 miles), committal or other disposition
services, thank you cards, tribute video, register book, pall bearer tribute and gloves, Life
Tribute Candle, full audio recording of services and graveside, and 250 premium full color
funeral programs. Included at public cemeteries is tent, PA system, chairs, umbrellas and
temporary grave marker.

flower car (with 35 miles), thank you cards, tribute video, register book, pall bearer gloves, full
audio recording of services, and 100 premium full color memorial programs. Included at
public cemeteries is tent, PA system, chairs, umbrellas and temporary grave marker. *No urn or
vault is included in this package.*

Payment Policy
Our uniform payment policy is to serve all families fairly.
All financial arrangements must be completed and paid one full day before the service time.
We accept cash, cashier checks, personal checks, life insurance assignment, and all major
credit cards.
*We accept pre-paid funeral plans from all Funeral Homes.
We will honor current written prices from any Funeral Home in Cache Valley*
Children’s Services
In addition to the charge for merchandise and other services needed for children’s burial,
Our charges for your services are based on a percentage for the standard professional fees
or the traditional funeral services.
Funeral services for Still Birth to Five Years.........................No charge for services of Funeral Director & Staff
All merchandise and other services including casket/vault will be sold at our cost.
Funeral Services for Six years to Eighteen years..................No charge for services of Funeral Director & Staff
All merchandise and other services including casket/vault will be sold at 50% discount of regular costs.
Cremation of Still Born to five years..........................................................No charge for cremation services or

Itemized Selections
The goods and services shown below are those we provide to our customers.
You may choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will
include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you
must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the
statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected.
Services of Funeral Director and Staff..............................................................$1,395
Our professional services fee includes, but is not limited to, 24-hour availability of staff;
arrangement and consultation meeting with family or responsible party and clergy; preparation
and filing of necessary notices and obituaries; preparation of necessary authorizations and
permits; recording vital statistics; staff assistance prior, during and following the funeral, including
coordination with those providing other portions of the funeral, e.g. cemetery, crematory and
other. Also utility expense; secretarial, administrative and inventory expenses.
This fee for our services will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select.
(This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremations, immediate burials, and
forwarding or receiving remains.)
Embalming........................................................................................................ $725
Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law.* Embalming may be necessary,
however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with a viewing. If you do not
want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement which does not require you
to pay for it, such as immediate burial or direct cremation.
*Utah law requires burial or cremation within 24 hours if choosing not to embalm, unless
refrigeration is available. If body is being taken out of state or is being transported by common
carrier, it must be embalmed.

and all necessary authorizations. It does not include the services of staff or use of facilities for any
