Start it off with fresh chips, salsa and guacamole.
Taco bar comes with your choice of 2 meats (choose
chicken, beef or pork), salsa verde, soft flour
tortillas, crispy tortillas, shredded lettuce, pico
de gallo, shredded cheese, onions, cilantro and
sour cream. Served with rice and beans on the
side.
Dessert platters of Apple Empanadas and
Dolche de leche churros included as well.
Cancun Buffet $17.95/pp
Start off with housemade chips, salsa and guacamole.
Choice of Southwest Caesar Salad or Fajita Salad.
Taco bar comes with all 3 meats (chicken, beef &
pork), salsa verde, crispy tortillas, soft flour
tortillas, shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, shredded
cheese, onions, cilantro, pineapple salsa & sour
cream. Served with a sides of rice, beans & fajita

Mexico City Buffet $24.95/pp
Start your occasion with fresh chips, salsa &
guacamole. Salads to include Southwest Caesar
Salad and Fajita Salad. Taco bar comes with 3 meats
(choice of chicken, beef, pork, shrimp, steak, chorizo
or crispy cod), salsa verde, soft flour tortillas,
crispy tortillas, shredded lettuce, pico de gallo,
shredded cheese, onions, cilantro, pineapple salsa,
chipotle slaw and sour cream. Served with sides
of mixed veggies, Mexican street corn, rice and
beans. Next choose 2 entrees from the following:
Arroz con Pollo, Rosie’s chicken, BBQ Ribs, Tequilalime Tilapia or Blackened Salmon. Finish it all
off with dessert platters of Apple Empanadas and
