ROSALITA ROOM HIRE
Rosalita Room is a character-filled space
that makes having meetings just that little bit
more enjoyable. Rosalita is private from the rest
of the restaurant, with bi-fold doors that section it
off and a sound-proof curtain to give you a quiet
space to conduct your meetings or presentations.
Fitted with state-of-the-art digital projector and screen; Apple
TV; Wifi and quality sound system with microphone, we can help
you impress your colleagues with a relaxed yet thoroughly
professional presentation.
While we have two complementary seating plans,
alternate room arrangements can be made for an
additional fee.
Evening Hire
Available Tuesdays, Wednesdays
& Thursday
• Unserviced Room Hire (3 hours) - $110 (inc. projector
and sound).
• Serviced Room Hire (3 hours) - $200 (inc. waitstaff for 2 hours,
plus projector & sound).
• Serviced Room Hire and Staffed Bar (3 hours) - $300 (inc. 1 barstaff,
1 waitstaff for 2 hours, plus projector & sound).
All Day Hire
Available Thursdays and Fridays (9am - 6pm)
• Unserviced Room Hire - $250 (inc. projector and sound).
• Serviced Room Hire - additional $30/hour. (inc. projector and sound).
• Serviced Room Hire and Staffed Bar - additional $60/hour (inc. projector & sound).
* Access to room available at 8:30am * Lunch available at Black Sombrero (12.00 2.30pm) * Room is required to be vacated by 6:00pm. Attendees are welcome to
continue socialising in our front bar *
