Fan Zone Guide
June 7th to July 1st, 2012
Where we are
The Gdańsk Fan Zone is located at Plac Zebrań Ludowych, close to the
Gdańsk Shipyard area within the city quarter enclosed by streets: Gen.
Giełguda and Trakt Konny. Distance to the Stadium: 5 km; Gdańsk City
Centre: 1 km; Main Railway Station: 600 m (10 min); Main Bus Station:
500 m (8 min).
How to reach us:
You can reach the Fan Zone by the following tram lines: 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 9,
10, 11, 12 and 14. You can walk from the Fan Zone to the Stadium or you
can take the rapid urban railway train to (SKM) go from the Main Railway
Station directly to the Stadium or a special tram line near the Stadium
(runs every 3 minutes);
From the Gdańsk Lech Walesa Airport:
• distance: 12 km, access: bus no. 210 (direction: Gościnna), the stop:
Dworzec Główny PKP; bus no. 110 (direction: Wrzeszcz); the night bus N3
Opening hours of the Fan Zone:
• 3:00pm: June 8–19th, 21-24th, 27-28th and July 1st, 2012
• 6:00pm: June 7th, 20th, 25th, 2012: ticketed concerts
• June 26th, 29th, 30th: the Fan Zone will be closed

This is a bearer card, so its issue does not require any formalities. The
cards are available at an affordable price in selected bank branches and in
the Fan Zone. Deposit for the card – PLN 15,00. Clients who do not wish
to use their cards after the Championships can return them at the Bank
stands in the Fan Zone or at the bank branches in Gdańsk. The deposit
for the card will be refunded. The card can be returned to July 15th, 2012.
The Prepaid MasterCard® UEFA EURO 2012TM card is:

PayPassTM you can make purchases up to PLN 50 without confirmation

Saur Neptun Gdańsk Prestige Zone
The Saur Neptun Prestige Zone is an air conditioned restaurant and bar
in the form of huge balls, situated on a spacious terrace. Here you can
enjoy without limit the wide catering offer and interesting additional
attractions. The Zone is equipped with numerous screens on which you
can watch every action of the match or concert performers. The capacity
of the Zone holds only 200 guests.
Comfort Zone
The Comfort Zone has a roofed tribune with separate seats, with an
excellent view of the main stage and simulcast screen. An integral part
of the Zone are the catering points, some of which are free! The tribune
only holds 250 people.

Abridged rules of the Gdańsk Fan Zone
The following persons are forbidden access to public events:
• persons under the influence of alcohol, narcotics and psychotropic,
• persons behaving aggressively, provocatively,
• minors under the age of 13, not accompanied by an adult.
It is forbidden to:
• enter areas not intended for the public,
• use clothing or objects to cover the face,
• propagate and display slogans with obscene, vulgar or racist contents,
• consume alcohol above 3.5%, use narcotic drugs,
• start a fire and smoke tobacco outside of areas designated for this
purpose,
• possess any explosives, fireworks and substances with a similar effect,
etc.,
• record sound and images.
It is forbidden to bring in and possess:
• weapons, ammunition and other items that could be used as a weapon,
• explosives and fireworks,
• alcohol, narcotic and psychotropic drugs,
• helmets, umbrellas with a sharp end,
• containers for spraying gas, corrosive substances or coloring substances,
• trumpets or mechanical or electric operated instruments,
• video cameras and photographic cameras, except for personal use,
• animals, except for guide dogs,
• bicycles, mopeds, scooters,
• Entering the area of the Fan Zone constitutes simultaneous agreement
to use the image of the participant.
Individuals disturbing public order or behaving contrary to the
rules may be removed from the public event area.
