12rh Amnual Reetrfoot Lake Eagle Festival
Come out and Discover the Wonders of Reelfoot Lake! Join us for a wintry fun-filled
family weekend on Reelfoot Lake. Guided bus and van tours will be offered to view the
maiestic bald eagles nesting, soaring or possibly locking talons in courtship. Reelfoot
Lake features one of the largest populations of Bald Eagles outside of Alaska. Saturday
will feature 2live birds of prey program with John & Dale Stokes (All To Save Our
American Raptors). They give the audience an extraordinary opportunity to experience
birds of prey at close range. Their program will contain a variety of hawks, owls, eagles
and other majestic birds, some of which will be allowed to free fly; this will provide the
audience with an unforgettable experience.
The Eagle Festival will have a variety of programs available for all ages:
fut & Photography Contest, Arts n Craft Vendors. Other displays and live birds of prey
can be seen throughout the day.
