Welcome
to Carolina Table Manufacturing
For over 25 years, Carolina Table Manufacturing has
been producing dining, training, conference and occasional
tables and meeting room and reception area furnishings.
The Carolinas have long been known as the heart of
America’s manufacturing center for wood furniture and
our skilled craftsmen proudly follow and enrich that storied
tradition at our state-of-the-art facility in Lamar, SC.

Our inline and custom tables are used in hotels,
restaurants, country clubs, offices and universities.
Our tables range from elegant fancy face veneers to
wood-edged granites, and from solid woods to self-edged laminates.
We offer a wide array of custom options including marquetry inlays
and power, data and communication accessories.
To accompany these distinctive tops we offer an extensive collection of contemporary
and transitional bases; fixed or folding legs for training tables; and cylinder and slab
bases for conference tables. We also manufacture maître d’ stands, trash receptacles
and occasional tables.
Our management, customer service team and production staff are dedicated to
providing each customer with exceptional tables and furnishings that meet their
unique specifications and the attention to detail, structural integrity and
durability that every installation deserves.

Carolina Table Manufacturing has been committed to reusing
and recycling materials before it was fashionable. We employ
environmentally responsible procedures throughout all phases
of the manufacturing process. We have instituted a variety of
environmentally friendly manufacturing technologies and
innovative plant management procedures which allow us to conserve energy,
reduce waste and reclaim materials and components.
We partner with vendors who are equally committed to adhering to environmental
regulations and are members of the Forest Stewardship Council and we purchase raw
materials from local suppliers and from domestic and renewable sources. The woods
we use are harvested by suppliers who regularly reseed their lands and use advanced
reforestation and land management techniques. We do not use wood from old growth
forests or rainforests.
Table substrates are made of particle board which is made from 100% recycled lumber
and wood products which meets California CARB 3 requirements. Our milling and sanding
departments use equipment to capture and reuse all sawdust and particles. The dust
collection system reduces airborne contaminants within the building and maintains a clean
and healthy working environment for our employees.
We use water-based adhesives. All our waste solvents are recycled in a distillation
process. Over 80% of the distilled material is so pure that it is able to be reused by the
finishing department. The remainder is used to fuel boilers.

T-MOLD, PVC, SELF EDGE LAMINATES & PADDED TOPS
Even the simplest of laminate table tops are treated with full attention to detail and offered with an almost limitless array of
design choices. We offer both high profile flat and bullnose T-mold edges in a wide variety of colors, flat aluminum edges
with a satin finish, ribbed aluminum T-mold with a polished and satin finish, and both self edge and dropped self edge styles.
Single and Double Accent Inlays are available. For fine dining and banquet locations, we also manufacture vinyl padded tops.

BALTIC BIRCH OVERLAY EDGE TOPS
This contemporary style features a 1 1/4” thick, 17 ply, void-free Baltic Birch core. The table tops are available in bookmatch
maple or oak veneer or in a laminate of your choosing. The tables can be stained in either one of our
standard finishes or in a custom color supplied by the designer.

URETHANE EDGE LAMINATES
These durable, seamless urethane edge tops are perfect for high-traffic hospitality, healthcare, food court and university
applications as the edge is fused to the core of the table. The edge profiles are available in a wide selection of shapes and
colors. Profiles in the UE1-1.25 group have a minimally textured surface and solid color finishes, UE2-1.25 profiles have a
wood grain texture with solid color wood-tone finishes, and UE3-1.25 profiles have wood grain textures and are stainable.
For use in child-friendly areas, dining halls, hospitals and nursing homes, MA2 is a very popular profile as the slightly
raised edge helps reduce drips due to spills.

WOOD EDGE VENEERS
Wood edge veneer tops provide the greatest opportunity to personalize the table specifications for the environment in which
they’ll be used. We manufacture these tables with bookmatch and fancy face veneers and a variety of options – from physical
distressing to filled grain finish, from multiple stains to the choice of sheen level. In addition to our standard finishes, custom
stain matching is also available. See a sampling of customized wood edge veneer tables on pages 23 – 26.

CUSTOM VENEER TOPS
In addition to options such as fancy face veneers, you can also customize your tables with such options as compass rose
and marquetry inlays and painted stripes, or by selecting wood species other than maple and oak, specifying custom edge
dimensions or combining different woods for the veneer inlay and solid wood edges. For clubhouse, lounge and game
