The Connecting Rod
Health & Educational Services LLC
Offers their
weekly Monday
evening
community
class
5:15pm-6:15pm
We like to think of Healthy Moves as Self-applied Therapy for the body.
Moves that are beneficial to your health and well being. A mix of
movements that are not a particular method and incorporate a variety of
formats together in one class. From stretching, toning, strengthening,
breathing to completely relaxing your body, be prepared to encounter it in
this class. We will slow down during this class at times, to have a closer
look at techniques that can be both practical and helpful to your daily
movements. Various props may be utilized to teach you these techniques.
We will be mostly exercising bare-footed. Slip-resistant Yoga /Toe-socks,
or better Ballet Barre-socks that let you pivot over your heals, may be an
option. Bring yourself, encourage a friend to join us and let’s have some
fun. Your clothing should be comfortable, let you move and cover you even
when bending down. Don’t forget your Yoga-mat!!
