high (the center of weight of the head and body
is located level with the 10th thoracic vertebra) when
balancing on stilts the “bocker” needs to utilize all
muscles from the abdomen, back, thighs and the pelvis.
Modern life with ‘at your desk’ lunches whilst you catch
