We hold high objectives for the development our youth academy and
a key element is of course, talent identification, this spans the whole
country in our attempt to unearth, nurture and guide young players
towards the first team squad – within this search our Academy staff
will focus a regular presence at the weekly J League sessions with
promising youngsters invited to participate in our development
sessions.
