To celebrate National Roofing Week in July, NRCA is holding a
Children's Art Contest to promote the importance of having a roof and
the value of a professional roofing contractor.
The contest is open to children in grades 1-8 who are relatives of
NRCA contractor members and their employees. Group 1 will be
grades 1-3; Group 2 will be grades 4-6; and Group 3 will be grades 78. Participants are asked to visually answer the question: What do
roofs do?
The 2015 International Roofing Expo was held February 24-26, 2015

other related industry professionals.
All 50 states were represented, with the bulk of attendees from Texas,
Louisiana, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Georgia, Ohio, Florida and
Mississippi.
The largest number of international attendees came from Canada,
Mexico and Seoul. First time registrants made up 42 percent of all

at www.nrca.net, where visitors to NRCA's website can vote for their
favorite entry from each group.
Exhibitors were pleased with the number of leads and inquiries
generated during the show, according to show management.
The winner from each group will have his or her artwork featured on
all 2015 National Roofing Week material and additional promotional
material to be displayed at industry events throughout the year,
including the 2016 International Roofing Expo® and NRCA's 129th
Annual Convention in Orlando, Fla. Prizes will be awarded to the
winner from each group.
