INTERNAL RULES AND CODE OF CONDUCT
1- To gain access to the estate and any services the corresponding
valid voucher must be obtained except for persons authorised
or invited by the management or designated organisers. Thesevouchers, authorisations or invitations must be shown together
with identification to management if requested.
10- Except at parties and communal activites,
music, radio and TV must not be played at a loud
volume; and from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. no type of
noise is allowed. Cars may only be parked in the
car-park until 11 p.m.; after that the vehicle may
not be moved.
2- If weather permits, full nudity must be observed. Any piece of
clothing needed for warmth or for protection from excessive sun
at peak hours is allowed but bathing suits and underwear are not
allowed. For reasons of hygeine and safety staff and workers may
wear work clothes if necessary, as well as authorities and special
cases. A towel must be carried for sitting.
11- Vehicles may only be left in designed parking
areas except when loading or unloading. Driving in
the estate is not allowed except for agricultural or
service or other authorised vehicles, which must
not be driven at more than 20 km/h.
3- An impartial and respectful attitude must be shown in political,
social, racial and religious matters, and an attitude of integration
into the social life and activities of the village. Preachers are not
admitted.
12- The vegetable gardens may only be accessed
by their caretakers, who can protect them with
visually-acceptable fencing of maximum 1 metre
height. Only organic growing is allowed, without
insecticides, herbicides, pesticides, inorganic fertiliser, etc.
4- Smoking is not allowed except in private areas (houses, caravans, tents, vehicles). All spaces and facilities used must be left
clean and tidy. A shower must be taken before entering the pool
or mud baths.
13- Wild and domestic animals must be respected,
as well as decorative plants, trees, shrubbery and
planted areas. Therefore hunting is not allowed,
nor picking plants nor making fires away from the
barbecues, fireplaces and stoves.
5- The services and facilities, both free and paid, are limited by the
capacity of the facilities; the user must accept these limitations.
6- To film or take photographs on the estate, authorisation must
be obtained from the management and the persons in view.
14- In case of any accident (horse, donkey, bicycle, etc.) the responsibility of Equus Parc S.L. will
be limited to that covered by its insurance policy.
Each person may cover themselves with private
insurance, renouncing any other claims.
7- The water in the facilities is free of chlorine and other chemicals; therefore the user will assume all responsibility for its use
and consumption. For drinking-water there is a spring and bottled
water in the supermarket.
NOTE – Complaints and suggestions will be studied
with interest; there is a box at the reception where
they can be left.
8- The owners of dogs and cats will collect their faeces and be
responsible for any damage and injury and nuisance caused to
the business and its customers. Agressive or nuisance animals
are not allowed.
Failing to observe these standards or causing conflict in the community, especially repeated occurrences, can result in the cancellation of vouchers
held by those responsible and expulsion. The cancellation of a voucher gives the holder the right to
a refund of only that part not used (in months), as
long as there is no damage or loss being claimed
by the management.
9- Waste is separated into irganic, given to the farm animals, and
inorganic: paper, glass and plastic in the appropriate bins. No litter
or waste may be thrown on the ground; the environment must
be well respected. Those who use firewood, water and electricity
must use it sparingly. Only low-energy lightbulbs and appliances
may be connected to the supply.

A naturist get-together, holidays, a weekend, a sociable dinner, a period of rest, of reflection. Healthy organic
food. Massage, games in the open air, contact with nature, clean air, sun, mud baths, new friends, parties, paellas,
camping, doing a workshop or course, hiking, running an organic garden, ... are some of the things you can come
and do at El Fonoll. More than 165 hectares of woods, meadows, tracks and idyllic spots for practising naturism. A
thousand-year-old stone village restored from ruins, with Roman heritage and leisure facilities, in the Corb Valley
region near medieval villages like Guimerà, Conesa, etc, and not far from tourist attractions like Poblet, Vallbona
de les Monges, Santes Creus, and so on.

HOW TO GET TO EL FONOLL
From Barcelona, take the A-2 motorway as far as the
exit for La Panadella and Santa Coloma de Queralt; drive
to Santa Coloma. At Santa Coloma there is a turn-off on
the right towards Vallfogona de Riucorb and Guimerà. After
Vallfogona (about 2 km) is the “Mas de la Cadena” building
where there is a sign saying “Camí al Fonoll”.
From Tarragona, drive to Sarral (near motorway exit no.
10) and at the second crossroads on the right, after a little
bridge, take the turn-off towards Forès. From Forés drive
towards Passanant; after 3 km you will see a crossroads
surfaced at the right with a sign saying “Camí al Fonoll”.
From Lleida or Girona or the C-25 motorway, reach
Tàrrega via the A-2 motorway or the C-25, then take the
road towards Montblanc/Tarragona. After about 9 km turn
left towards Guimerà and 2 km after Guimerà there is a big
chimney and the “Mas de la Cadena” building; at the right
is a forest road with a sign saying “Camí al Fonoll”.

By bus Hispano Igualadina (T. 933 396 364)
A bus departs daily from Sants station or Maria Cristina and arrives
at Mas de la Cadena, a crossroads 4km from El Fonoll, between
Vallfogona and Guimerà. The price is about 12€. If you phone us
in advance at 977 266 138 we will collect you there free of charge.
Departures from Barceloca towards Mas de la Cadena:
Daily at 11:20 and 16:50.
Saturdays at 11:05 from Diagonal Maria Cristina.
Sundays and holidays at 19:20 from Sants station.
Departures from Mas de la Cadena to Sants station:
Daily at 6:15 and 15:00.
Saturdays at 7:45.
Sundays and holidays at 15:45.
Check the times with Hispano Igualadina, especially during August
and Christmas.
By train and taxi. You can also take a train to Montblanc or Tàrrega
station, and it is about 20 km to El Fonoll.
