EXPANSION
Promenade Temecula is located at the intersection of Interstate 15 and Winchester Road in
Temecula. Currently, the Mall has 4 department stores: Macy’s Women, Macy’s Men and
Furnishing, Sears, JCPenny, more than 130 specialty stores, and a 15-screen Edwards Cinema
featuring 4,000 stadium seats.
The tremendous growth and the increasingly more sophisticated demographics in the Temecula
area prompted the recently completed expansion of the Mall. It includes 126,000 square feet of
upscale stores and several restaurants with national identity. The design of the expansion not only
provides additional retail venues, but also an exciting outdoor lifestyle atmosphere for the patrons
to enjoy and relax.

RENOVATION
Along with the expansion went a comprehensive interior renovation program. The program gave the
interior and the exterior of the existing Mall a major facelift to match the outdoor lifestyle expansion.
Highlights of the renovation include: brand new entry elements; a complete renovation of the food court
area and restrooms; a new court yard in front of the JCPenny store; and a new concourse which will be
dazzled with stainless steel glass rails; modern and efficient new lighting, new signs and directories, new
carts, kiosks, Kid’s play area and FF&E. The total cost of the renovation exceeded $7 Million.
