The City of Levelland also teams with many leagues to offer a range of activities.

A seasonal outdoor pool is available for swimming in the City Park
on the west side of town. The pool has a kid pool, diving board,

3 in City Park; 1 at 4th St. Park; 1 at L.G. Griffin Park; 1 at 17th St Park;
1 at Sherman Park; 1 at George C. Price Park; 1 at Kaufman Park
Lobo Park, located at Ave H and 13th St., has an Amphitheater with a
nice hill for outdoor seating and is great for
outdoor concerts or gatherings.
Levellad also has a Civic Center that has
5487 sq ft clear span room, 440 sq ft
kitchen with stove, refrigerator, stainless
steel sink and counter top, Men and
Women bathrooms and limited smaller meeting rooms. For small meetings, birthday parties, showers, etc., an Activities Building of about 1000 sq ft room with a bathroom sink and cabinets
is available. The Civic Center and the Activities Building is available for
rental and they are located in the City Park.
Levelland City Park now has an 18-hole disc golf course. Disc Golf is played much like
traditional golf. Lighthouse Disc Golf who uses the Levelland Disc Golf course has
hosted several regional tournaments with pro competition. The difference is instead of
balls and clubs, players use a flying disc (similar to Frisbee). The object of the game is to
complete each hole in the fewest number of throws. The discs are thrown from a tee area
to a target, which is called the hole. The hole is an elevated metal basket.
Disc Golf can be played from school age to old age. Much like traditional golf, this sport
can be enjoyed alone, with a group of friends, or with the whole family. Disc Golf provides both physical and mental activities with little risk of physical injury. It provides upper and lower body conditioning and aerobic exercise. Concentration skills increase by
mastering shots and negotiating obstacles.
Levelland also has a Skate Park located at 4th St.
and Ave C. The ramps are pre cast concrete situated back to back to create a half pike effect;
ramps with grind bars and a grinding picnic table
are also available. The park is lighted with
stands.
Next to the skate park is two tennis courts available for play during the day.
