The Airport
Wittman Regional Airport (KOSH) is a county
owned, public-use airport located just over two
miles south of the central business district of
Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Categorized in the National
Plan of Integrated Airport Systems as a general
aviation facility, Wittman has serviced aircraft as
large as the Boeing 747, Airbus A380, and Concorde.

Oshkosh Aviation Business Park
Wittman Regional Airport’s new 80-acre business park offers all the conveniences and brand recognition
that come with being a part of “Oshkosh”, in addition to being located at one of the world’s most recognizable airports. With a full infrastructure including a heavy-truck-rated paved access road with curbs and
gutters, street lighting, all utilities (water, electric, gas & sewer), retention pond and taxiway, the Oshkosh
Aviation Business Park is the perfect location for innovative aviation-focused companies to make their
permanent home.
The Oshkosh Aviation Business Park, located south of Ripple Avenue on the east side of the airport, is
a joint venture between Winnebago County and the City of Oshkosh. The city’s portion is 30 acres; the
county’s portion is 50 acres. The county-owned land will ultimately have direct airport access to Taxiway A;
city-owned lots will not.
