POWER UNIT
- The PU-100 Power unit includes a 100 hp high efficiency electric motor
(600 V, 3 phase, 60 Hz), a CSA approved weather resistant electrical box
with cut-off switch, high performance variable flow piston pump, load
sensing control valve, hydraulic oil cooler and large oil tank with magnet,
return lines with 10 micron filters, filter clogging indicator, submerged
suction lines with inlet screen, oil level and temperature indicators.
- Power unit can be integrated onto the loader platform or mounted
as a remote unit (remote power units do not include hydraulic lines or
electrical cables from the power unit to loader).

• Main boom: Heavy-duty structure made of high-resistance
steel, rectangular section. Reinforced construction at strategic
locations to ensure resistance against severe operating
conditions that are associated with stationary mount loaders
and their continuous operation.
• Stick boom: High-resistance steel, rectangular section.
• Protection of hydraulic tubing on stick boom.
• Pivots: Heat-treated & Chromed, oversized pins.
• All bushings made of aluminium-bronze (SAE 954, 100000
PSI).
• Equipped with hydraulic accumulator for impact protection of
the loader structure.
