located just 45 minutes south of Memphis, Tennessee. It is one mile from Interstate 55 along Highway
35 in North Batesville (Exit 246) and is adjacent to the Panola County Airport. It is a fully-served
190-acre site. The entrance road is curbed and guttered with all utilities installed underground.
