We are proud to introduce a new line of reusable micro-laparoscopic
instruments. These durable instruments fit through a 2.9 mm
inner-diameter trocar system, helping assure a virtually scarless surgery.
The instruments can be used to support complete micro-laparoscopic
procedures or provide additional noninvasive retraction.

ADOS system adds strength and stability
Our MicroLap instruments feature a special over-sleeve trocar system called Access Device of Strength (ADOS). The instruments and scopes with an icon or catalog
number ending with “ADOS” are compatible with the ADOS system. The ADOS system adds strength and stability to the 2.7 mm instruments and 3 mm scopes,
which enable them to function similarly to standard 5 mm products. These instruments connect to the ADOS trocar over-sleeve and retain their full functionality
and range of motion, but with added strength and stability.
The stainless steel luer lock connection
on the ADOS trocar strengthens the
overall instrument when it’s used in
lateral movement.
The ADOS system is shown on a DeBAKEY grasper.
The ADOS system is available with each type of our MicroLap hand instruments, including graspers, dissectors, needleholders and scissors, as well as our MicroLap
scopes and electrodes.
