KIDS CAMP
REGISTRATION POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
At NAVFit the goal of this camp is to
offer a safe and nurturing environment
around caring role models that help
promote sportsmanship and creativity
for ages 6-13.
Hours are 8:30am - 4:30pm Daily.
1. Register in person for the Kids Camp at NAVFit Sports Centre.
2. Customers will receive their receipt at the time of registration.
3. In order to be processed, forms must be completed and signed.
Payment is due at registration
4. Forms will be processed on a first come, first serve basis.
5. Payment by Interac, MasterCard, AMEX or VISA cards are available.
6. Additional fees for early drop and late pickup apply.

PLANNING AND REFUND POLICY
1. NAVFit Sports Centre reserves the right to cancel programs due to insufficient
registration.
A full refund will be granted if program is cancelled.
2. A partial refund (50%) will be granted, other than for medical reasons, if
notification is received 48hours prior to the first day of the camp.
3. All refunds will be subject to an administration fee of $10
4. All refund requests due to medical reasons must be accompanied by a medical
certificate and must be received 48 hours prior to the first day of the camp.
5. Management of NAVFit may suspend or cancel, at any time, the registration of
any child(ren) whose actions are detrimental to the enjoyment of the camp and
its participants. No refund will be granted in this situation.

RESPONSIBILITIES
NAV Centre and NAVFit Sports Centre will not be responsible for any medical,
dental, or hospital bills or any other expenses caused by injury to any person
participating in the Summer Sports Camp programs.
This being understood, registrant and parents hereby agree and save harmless and
indemnify the NAV Centre and NAVFit Sports Centre from claims for injuries.
