Welcome to the City of Oregon City Online Store. When you first come to the site you can either
browse the store or “Sign In” with the information provided to you via an email from the store.
We will “Sign In” first. Click on the “Sign In” button circled above.
Put your email and password information in the fields below. You may click the “Remember Me” for
the site to remember your user name. Then click the “Sign In” button circled below.
The next screen you see is pictured below. You are now ready to shop for great uniforms for your
staff.
There are two sections to choose from Apparel and Gifts.
The first section we will go to is Apparel and then the sub category Men’s Knits.
There are several options to choose from. PLEASE NOTE: That all items take up to two weeks in
production plus shipping time.
When you click on the first item under men’s knits, you are taken to the product description. Here is
where you can indicate what size, color and quantity you want to order.
You may use your mouse to scroll over the colors under the enlarged product picture to see them
enlarged. You can also see a size chart by clicking on the “click here to view sizing charts” (circled)
under the product description.
Make sure you have entered in your size, color, and quantity correctly. You will also need to decide if
you want department or name personalization on certain items. Then click on the “Continue” button,
circled above.
Please Note: You will be sent to the personalization page whether you have selected personalization or
not. If you do not want anything personalized besides the standard City of OC logo please go to the next
page by clicking on the order button at the bottom of the screen.
If you only want one or the other of the types of personalization please fill out just that line and leave the
other blank and then click on the order button.
You are then shown the “VIEW ORDER” page. Confirm your sizes and colors. Here you can order
more product, update quantities (circled area below) or check out (see below).
Click the “UPDATE” button if you made any changes to your quantity. If you are ready to check out,
click on the “CHECKOUT” button.
This is the “Order Review Page”. Please review your order: sizes, colors and quantities. If you need
to add items click on the appropriate category or subcategory on the left (i.e. Apparel or Gifts). If you
need to remove items, click on the “Check Out” button on the header.
After you are done with that, scroll down to the bottom of the page. You will see a button that says
“NEXT”. Click that and you will see your payment options.
PLEASE NOTE: That you can change shipping options on this page. In parentheses you will see the
option to “Change Shipping Options”. Click on this and it will take you to a page where you can decide
on how you would like you order shipped to or if you would like to pick it up.
Please fill out the fields below for your credit card. For security reasons we do not keep your credit card
in the system. Make sure the “Billing Address” exactly matches the address found on your credit card
statement. You will receive an error message if it’s not correct. Once again, this is a security measure
for your protection. When you are done, click on the “Checkout” button at the bottom. You will then
go to the last screen where you will get your order number. A confirmation email will be sent to you
acknowledging that we have received your order.
If you have Purchase Order or Points options as well as Credit Card, you will need to choose how you
would like to pay and/or if it will be split up. In order to finish the transaction you will need to make
sure that the balance remaining is at zero.
