OVERVIEW
INTRODUCTION
This
report is the Village
s fourth comprehensive autdoor recreation pian and is intended to be a
comprehensive update of the previous plans in 1983 1988 and 1994 The current Village park
plan is set forth in Village ofHoward Comprehensive Oufdoor Recreation Plan dated February
1994 by the Brown County Planning Commission The plan identifies the current recreational
facilities within the Village special issues and concerns within the Village
affecting recreation and
recommends future improvements The plan was extended on 02
