Mineral resources
of Ukraine
About 20,000 mineral deposits and occurrences of 120 mineral
commodity types are discovered in the bowels of Ukraine with
more than 8,000 deposits of 95 mineral commodity types being
evaluated to be economically attractive for exploration.
Furthermore, as much as 3,400 deposits are in use by about
2,500 entities.
