LADIES MINISTRIES
TODAY forms are being handed out for this round of Secret Sisters. Turn your form in to Cheryl or the basket at
the Ladies Ministries Corner, before you leave today.
You will know who your Secret Sister is next Sunday, check your
communication file.
THIS last Wednesday a group ladies met to discuss the book of
Romans. Henceforth, we will meet regularly on
Wednesday nights, 6:30pm, room 19, for a dedicated
Ladies Bible Study. You are cordially invited to be
part of this study!
SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENTS
FABULOUS FRIDAYS begin Friday,
January 24! Our first Fabulous Friday
will be ice skating for families of youth.
Meet at Kent Valley Ice Centre,
8:00pm-11:00pm. Cost: $7.00 per person, pay by today, January 19. Sign up
sheets in the youth room and Welcome
Center.
OUR next Ladies meeting will be Monday, February 17, 7:00pm, room 32.

CHILDREN ’S WORKERS LUNCHEON
ALL children’s workers are invited to an IMPORTANT Luncheon meeting immediately after church next Sunday, January 26,
from 12:00pm-1:30pm. This includes everybody involved with
any of our children's programs; nursery, preschool, children's Bible Blast, Digg N Deep workers AND anyone interested in being part of our Children’s Ministries. We
look forward to seeing you!

MISSIONS AWARENESS!
MISSIONS Book Review: Giving That Transforms by Howard
Culbertson. This book features stories of what happens when
Nazarenes heed Scripture’s call to proclaim the Good News to
the whole world and freely donate for world evangelism. Remember to return books, as soon as possible, to the table in the
main hall so that others can finish reading all 6 books before
the end of February.
WE will receive our Alabaster offering for buildings and properties on the mission fields, Sunday,
February 2. It’s not too late to get an Alabaster
box and begin filling it with your loose change.
Pick up a box from the table in the main hall.
SOUP & BREAD
JOIN us for a delicious meal at our Wednesday
night Soup & Bread. Dinner is served, 5:30pm6:15pm, in Lawrence Hall. Menu for January 22:
Chili, cornbread, salad, peanut butter & jelly sandwiches and cookies. Come and join us and then
stay for Wednesday evening activities. There is something for
everyone!
FALL BAZAAR! It’s not too early to begin thinking about
what you would like to make for our Ladies Ministries Bazaar,
Saturday, November 15. Our Bazaar last year was a huge success and we expect there to be many more crafters purchasing
tables to sell gifts and home décor items. Tables are open to
both ladies and men. For more information contact Cheryl Osborne, 253-8862558.
Bible Blast contest begins

Be ready to come every Sunday, memorize scripture,
bring your Bible, bring offering, invite a friend and even
write an e-mail to a new friend in Alaska!
