The SFK LEBLANC Autoline machines
are the outcome of more than 80 years’
development and experience within
automotated killing line equipment. The
Autoline range consists of high capacity
automated machines developed for pig
slaughtering to ensure the maximum yield
of each pig.
The Autoline machines ensure, the
highest quality of meat, optimum hygiene
as well as improved working conditions
and performance in slaughterlines.
No capacity limits
The individual machines have capacities
up to 750 pigs per hour. With two
machines in a line, it is possible to
process up to 1500 pigs per hour.
Consistent and accurate performance
The machines ensure consistent and
accurate performance. They include the
latest technology for measuring and fixing
each carcass during the working process.
Plug and play
The machines are all ‘plug & play’,
enabling them to work in slaughter lines
with machines from different suppliers.

The challenge facing every beef processor is achieving a
consistently high standard of food safety by minimising the risk of
contamination on dehided carcasses.
The SFK LEBLANC cattle dehiding machine features downward
dehiding action, ensuring optimum hygiene. All tools and machine
parts in direct contact with carcasses are made from stainless steel
and disinfected before processing of the next carcass.
The SFK LEBLANC suspended cut-down system for quartered
carcasses ensures optimum ergonomic working conditions and
eliminates heavy lifts.

systems include weighing equipment and
data collection & tracking systems for full
traceability.
The data collection and traceability
concept from SFK LEBLANC is a
complete PLC/SCADA-based tracking and
controlling system and ensures precise
overview and control throughout the entire
production process – from the animals
arriving at the slaughterhouse through all
production phases to the final dispatch in
consumer packs or bulk cartons.
It is possible to track products through the
process, from consumer back to producer
and further back to farmer.
The system concept can be integrated
in all known administrative systems,
enabling customers to have a complete
coherent IT system.
The SFK LEBLANC advanced systems of
electronic scales, pc terminals, printers,
scanners, ID tag systems and software
makes it possible to control and optimise
