Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI)
Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) is a valuable money-saving and time-saving service that we offer to clients, such as
Universities, School Systems, Government Facilities, Property Management, Hospitals, etc. The VMI process begins with
an analysis of your entire maintenance program. Based on your custom analysis, VMI simplifies the ordering, delivery, and
stocking processes in order to control product usage and reduce waste. In other words, Daycon manages your supply
closets for you. We can also provide on-site training to help your staff operate more efficiently, allowing you to spend more

Daycon Training Institute
The Daycon Training Institute provides excellent training for the cleaning professional. We have a state-of-the-art facility
that is perfectly sized for hands-on training with small to medium sized groups. We can educate your staff in basic and
specialized cleaning skills, including the Green Sea® GS-42 Standard for Green Cleaning. We offer regular seminars in
Carpet Care, Resilient Floor Care, Restroom Care, Safety in the Field, Stone Care, and Team Cleaning. Daycon also offers
seminars throughout the year that are hosted by industry professionals and/or organizations to help increase our
customers’ awareness of current cleaning trends and the latest technology in our industry. For more information about

Equipment Repair & Installation
Daycon not only sells you top-of-the-line floor care machines and power equipment, we also provide repair, maintenance
and replacement parts for them. Because we are committed to our customers’ satisfaction and stand by our products, we
have full-time, factory-trained technicians who coordinate repairs and replacements through the manufacturer and a fulltime equipment specialist for training and demonstrations in the field. Daycon offers repair and preventive maintenance
programs for all indoor and outdoor maintenance equipment. We are an authorized warranty center for Tennant®,
Mongoose®, Castex®, Eagle®, Eureka Commercial®, Nobles®, and ProTeam®. We can also repair just about any indoor
or outdoor maintenance equipment, including backpack vacuums, carpet dryers and extractors, chemical mixing stations,
flood pumps, floor machines, leaf blowers, pressure washers, snow blowers, sweepers, vacuum cleaners, wet/dry vacs and

Like to pick up your cleaning supplies on the way to work? Our friendly staff will help you choose the right supplies and offer
