Blackpool Illuminations
ARVONIA
Few seaside resorts can rival Blackpool for its wealth
of attractions - so it's no wonder the resort remains
Britain's most popular holiday destination. From
spectacular shows to futuristic sci-fi, award winning
Stanley Park to all the fun of the fair, trendy or
traditional, there really is something for everyone in
this wonderful seaside resort. The Illuminations are
considered to be the greatest free light show on
earth, which entertains millions of visitors each year.
Day One: Travel north to Blackpool, arriving in the early
afternoon leaving you free to commence exploring some of
Blackpool’s many attractions. Dinner is included at the hotel
this evening after which we board the coach for a drive
through the illuminations, accompanied by a local specialist
guide to enhance your enjoyment of this spectacular display.
Day Two: Following breakfast there will be further free time
in Blackpool. Perhaps enjoy a visit to the famous Pleasure
Beach, Madame Tussauds, the Tower or one of Blackpool’s
piers stretching out into the Irish Sea. We depart during the
afternoon for our return journey home to North Wales.
