on your notice of deposit:
• The amount of your annuity, written on the
line “RENTES”
• If applicable, the federal and provincial taxes
deducted at source
• The amount that will be deposited in your
bank account. This is written on the line
“SALAIRE NET”

Direct deposit of your annuity
You must inform us of all desired changes that
could affect the increase in your taxes deducted
at source. In such a case, you must send us the
following forms:
You can make use of direct deposit. This
payment method can make life simple! For
direct deposit, simply send the Commission de
la construction du Québec regional office in
your region the form (see over) duly signed,
with a sample cheque on which you’ve written
“CANCELLED.” This form is for people whose
pension annuity isn’t directly deposited into
their bank account.
“Source Deductions Return”
(TP-1015.3 - provincial)
You can obtain this form from the Revenu
Québec offices or through its Web site,
revenuquebec.ca.
“Personal Tax Credit Return”
(TD1 - federal)
You can obtain this form from the office of
the Canada Revenue Agency or through its
Web site at cra-arc.gc.ca.

Non-residents are not eligible for
direct deposit.
The cheque must
be personalized
Payment by cheque
If you are receiving your annuity by cheque,
don’t forget to notify the Commission de la
construction du Québec when you move,
because a wrong address in our files will
stop payment of your annuity.
Please note that in the case of a death, all
transactions drawn from the deceased’s account
are usually suspended until the succession is
settled. To avoid this inconvenience, we strongly
recommend that you make sure your annuity is
paid into a personal bank account.
